He put me through 2 rounds of conditioning physical therapy without examining me (lifting and very physical work) telling me "You're sore but stable you need to retrain your brain". My former employer put me in laundry as light duty in a nursing home AND HE OK'ED IT!! At the end of our visits he told me that "[my] injury is as good as its going to get. [ I ] need to adjust my lifestyle." My husband was witness to most of the visits. We timed him. Avg visit was 15 min. He didnt do a physical examination until my 4th visit. On to a 2nd opinion turns out that the ulnar was loose!!! TENDONS WERE TORN!!! And I HAVE NERVE DAMAGE!!! THINK ABOUT THIS! LOOSE BONE AND FOLDING TOWELS FOR MONTHS ON END!!!! AND I can't sue him because he's protected by work comp. IF YOU GO TO HIM FOR WORK COMP MAKE SURE YOU GET A 2ND OPINION

No lingering issues and I was back to lifting with no pain. He is such a great doctor and so nice. He is not a wrist or hand doctor but tried conservative means to help my wrist. In the end he referred me to the hand surgeon in the practice, who was also awesome, for the injection, which he agreed to do while I was pregnant. No pain since!

I was referred to Dr. Michael Chabot, DO at Orthopedic Specialists, 2325 Dougherty Ferry Rd, suite 100, St. Louis, MO. After reviewing me, my X-rays and and MRI Dr. Chabot advised me I has spinal stenosis and five degenerative disks. After reviewing my treatment options with me, Dr. Chabot operated on my back. Now, three months postoperative, I'm walking without pain and enjoying life again. But I wouldn't want to do it anyplace other than SSM Physical Therapy in Des Peres. It's at a great location, right next to and in the same building as my surgeons office. The staff are knowledgeable of course but they are all funny, like I said therapy is hard and they take my mind off of the work. My sessions go by fast and my results are fantastic. Before my first surgery I felt like I was 99 years old and 5 months after I was hiking 7 and 8 miles at Yellowstone park. I can't believe I'd ever have come this far so fast. I had Mike Schmidt as my PT and I can not say enough good things about him. He was honest about everything I needed to do and he got me to my goals. Everyone who works there are fantastic from the front desk to the other therapists. They made my insurance company and my work requested paperwork go easy for me. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything to have gone any better.
