I've been meaning to leave a review of this gym for a long while now. I've honestly had nothing but…read moreamazing experiences being at this gym for the past 2 years. I currently have multiple gym memberships and this one tends to be the best out of them all and it's a hidden gem for sure. The gym is a mix for both personal training and a key fob access style gym for solo gym go-ers. One thing I really appreciate is the amount of equipment in the gym and the dedication to add more & more. Seriously seems like your money spent is put back into the place and that's something I don't see big corporate gyms do often. And speaking of big box gyms, the amount of times I've walked into my other gyms and walked out after 2 exercises due to crowdedness and waiting and went straight here after is insane but awesome to know when I walked into 6th sense it's pretty much a 10/10 solid workout when I'm done. Even if it were to be crowded at times, there's so much equipment that you can still have an awesome workout or not wait long. It's also because of this gym I was able to win my first men's physique bodybuilding competition this past May. It's open 24/7, has more than enough equipment in two different areas in the gym (including my new favorite brand Panatta), isn't as crowded as the rest, and has a great community. From my experience, everyone at Sixth Sense is pretty cool. The Trainers are doing their thing and seem respectful towards their clients and anyone in the gym. I high-key tend to keep to myself as the other gyms I have people that tend to talk to me a lot and not that that's bad, but I'd like to lock in when I go workout sometimes. That said, there have been trainers that see me come in regularly and tend to say hi and I appreciate that because that's just part of the welcoming community & environment that this gym seems to instill. I will say that there are people that record in the gym, myself included, with tripods and all that but should be noted that when I do see people recording, they respect the gym member first. I personally feel that there should be a safe place to record gym videos as there are people that do so to add attention to their business, brand, or personal use content. With respect if that bothers you, just know that I have walked in front of peoples camera set-ups unintentionally multiple times before and they didn't get pissed off or press you about it (not that it's right that they should) and have been really cool about it. This really does add to the mindset that everyone respects the regular gym go-er just trying to get their workout in first. Lastly, I appreciate the Owner for being very quick, efficient, and supportive when it comes to customer service. Whenever I reached out via text about any questions or issues with my account, he's been very quick and cool to work with and that is awesome to get that type of service nowadays. Super under-rated gym that deserves all the success in the world. Will recommend and keep coming for as long as I'm here!

Terrible experience at this neglected gym!…read more I joined this gym on the beginning of this month (April ) and got my membership canceled by the owner 12 days later which I only used the facility 3 days to workout. I have multiple gym memberships from commercial to private gyms and this was a first. I always clean and unload the machines after each use and this day was not a different day. I was approached by the manager of the gym which is the owners brother in a disrespectful way, telling me to rerack the weights from previous machine which I clearly unload the machine, but the gym does lack on weights stations to unload to it, so I left on the side of the machine organized which he told me to put where I got them from, which was from walking around the gym grabbing from machine to machine and I told him that it doesn't make any sense when they lack on stations to drop the weights on it. Although I went back and did what he said. I pay to go there not to work there. 2 minutes later as you see the screenshot, the owner Mario texted me saying it is courtesy but them is rules which is not on the contract anyway. So they canceled my membership when I didn't even left the machines loaded or weights on the floor. Unfortunately this was a act of discrimination from the manager to me as a person as there was one other dude earlier time leaving all weights on the machines and nothing was said. I was going to cancel the membership on Friday due to this gym been neglected for long time. Machines are mostly ripped off , tapped or some broken. Machines are on top of each others or next to the walls with wires or ladders next to or impossible to load them, so many hazards. Bathrooms are dirty and trash all over the place most the time and barely anyone at the gym. Men's locker room is a mini one dirty with broken toilet and main door doesn't even fully close. What you see on IG are all filters and angles, they clearly misleading people, I joined online on their website from social media, as if I add gone see it before in person I wouldn't ever join it.

Almost made me hesitant, but I was told it's usually quieter on Sundays. Everyone just wanted to get a workout in before the big game. I met Joel Hall - cool guy, funny, attentive, and a great salesman. They offer some nice recovery options like Cryolounge, compression boots, Hypervolt percussion massage, and human touch massage chairs. I was told those are an extra $10 a month, which isn't bad if you're into recovery stuff. Here's what Joel tried to pitch: personal training once a week for $50 plus a $50 sign-up fee= that's $100 total. Or twice a week for $94 a session with a $20 down payment=that's $55 per session. It felt a little steep, but if that works for you, definitely reach out to Joel. One thing to note; when I called the day before, I was told they had a steam room and dry sauna. Joel kept emphasizing the "dry sauna," but he never mentioned they didn't have a steam room at that location. Turns out, the steam room is at their Montclair location, just a heads up. They also don't have a pool. The dry sauna is not co-ed, which I personally like.

Extremely disappointed with the Customer Service one receives if you try to cancel personal…read moretraining. Highly do not recommend this club for any personal training, memberships, services or products. I have been utilizing gyms for 25 years now along with being in this space as a business. Their member services are held by ABC services, which is a third-party company basically to give you as limited information as possible, and to deter you from canceling by ignorance. Let me explain, "Santos" the assistant manager of training, signed me up for one training session every two weeks, which is the bare minimum you can do since he told me he was gonna get fired if he doesn't sign me up. I already receive personal training from my physical therapist and explain explained that to them. I asked if there's a cancellation option and they explained within 72 hours. Well, everything is nice until you try to cancel. Santos continually avoids my calls and messages never return any voicemails or messages left at the receptionist and ABC services. Will need you to feel like you could cancel with them, but they will explain to you that you need to speak with the gym so basically you're bouncing back-and-forth with no answers a complete waste of time and truthfully it's appalling how a company knows that strategy creates lots of stress on people, but yet are willing to do it because it keeps a higher retention of their memberships due to the fact that people give up on canceling. Well, I reported them to Better Business Bureau. I'm also leaving bad reviews on every platform I can along with going to Small Claims Court, which is a complete waste of time, but I must do it after all. I was the one that made the decision they were the ones that didn't keep their word and back up their contract so I have to do what I have to do. Stay away from doing business from this club, !!!

Instead of being welcomed, I was immediately treated with disrespect and condescension. The front desk employee (a young man with a mohawk--didn't catch the name) opened the interaction with, "You're here for what?"--not hello, not welcome, not even basic courtesy. When I asked for a tour to compare prices before signing up, I was told they would not show me the gym unless I first purchased a childcare membership. It got worse. I was then told, "I don't think you'll even be able to afford it, so this isn't going to work out for you." That comment was completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and humiliating--especially said in front of my children. I left feeling judged and disrespected. Whether based on appearance or assumption, the interaction felt discriminatory and hostile, the exact opposite of what a family-friendly gym should be. Ironically, I choose to live humbly and do very well for myself--but no one should ever be spoken to this way, regardless of income, race, or background. You don't judge people by how they look. Save your money. For about $10 more per month, LA Fitness offers far better value, professional staff, and nationwide access--without the judgment or arrogance. Chuze Fitness Rancho Cucamonga needs serious training in customer service, inclusivity, and basic human respect.

I love this gym for so many reasons aside from it's convenience of being close to home and the helpful staff. HOWEVER, just as there is good there is (dare I say) bad. Just as a disclaimer, I waited a whole month (since the new year) before deciding to write this review because I wanted to see if anything would change without there being a need to mention this bad...especially because I got some feedback from other faithful gym members who are just completely disappointed, dissatisfied and just turned off by what I am about to share... Out of the 41 cardio machines (this is just the treadmills and stairmasters), there several machines do not even work or are out of order. To be honest, thats not even pointing out the ones that are completely shut off or do not have a proper out of order sign. Don't get me wrong, the renovations are nice and the gym itself looks better but the broken machines are not a good look. Like all that money spent on renovations but y'all machines still not up to par?? All that money spent to change up the gym up but it doesn't mean a thing if the gym isn't up to par with its equipment. Not a club location you want to go to if you are just trying to do some cardio, or even try to finish off with it because youre either waiting forever and day or the machine you thought was available is actually broken and/or off. Overall, the waits are ridiculous and some machines do not work with no signs whatsoever from management :( Be for warned to all my newbies or visitors. If you're really trying to lock in without all the hoopla you're better off visiting the Eastvale location which i may add also got a new renovation! I really wish management would do something about it because its been a whole month since the new year and it seems like more machines are breaking down or the same ones haven't been even noticed. It breaks my heart writing this but I feel it is only right y'all should know! Im still hopeful management gets it together and gets the ball rolling on fixing our machines again!
