It would be nice if they could have notified us of the issues before we took time off work and show up for our "appointment ". Once they've informed us that we weren't scheduled, we personally asked the receptionist to reschedule our appointment and she said they would call us once they verified with the insurance; here we are over a month later and have not heard from them.
