I felt as if because it was not his money, he wasn't helpful with following through on a discrepancy I had to fix, due to an error his staff member made. Also, after the error was made, they took another $280 from me when he sent the amendment. He never followed up with me, about receiving my return, prior to that upper management never reached out either. Save yourself a trip and the headache.
