The public library was awesome! 3 floors of great books and I spent quite a bit of time reading Asterix and Tintins including some you don't get in the US. The swimming pool on the terrace was incredible, make sure to check out how it looks from the ground floor. They also had some cool art exhibitions. And everything was free! Say what! Lucky people of Bilbao!

The view was spectacular, but I'd say there are better views in town. The layout was kind of…read moreconfusing, but once we got the hang of things, it was all good. Had to walk around the perimeter a bunch of times to get in, so that kind of blew. However, once we entered, it was nice. Very pretty, but other than the view, there's a whole lot of open blank space. I suppose that is the purpose, so well done.

Whether you need or appreciate any of those is not for me to say. You would probably come here for the art or the view from the terrace on the 5th floor. While i did not find it that interesting I don't consider my visit a waste of time.
