Indeed there was standing water beneath the house that needs to be investigated as Josh from Sierra found. I had used an Insta360 camera with a 10 foot telescoping tripod, kind of pole that went under the house and I didn't uncover a single thing. He had to crawl under and it's a good thing because he was able to spot potential issues He was very thorough and a report came out the same day, which is faster than anything I've seen before.
