He was very clear in how he described things and would show pictures of what he found and pictures of what it should look like. He clearly takes pride in his work and has years of experience. I'm glad I did though because the house has numerous problems all of which I plan to discuss with the seller before I sign the final paperwork. Indeed there was standing water beneath the house that needs to be investigated as Josh from Sierra found. I had used an Insta360 camera with a 10 foot telescoping tripod, kind of pole that went under the house and I didn't uncover a single thing. He had to crawl under and it's a good thing because he was able to spot potential issues He was very thorough and a report came out the same day, which is faster than anything I've seen before. Anyway, I do recommend him and his prices were less than others that I have worked with in the past so all in all a good deal is to be had and good service as well.

I bought the house but later found out that Eagle Rock missed major issues!!! For example, they neglected to note that the roof was at its last leg and that the flashing was not installed correctly. Their oversight cost me a LOT of money which could have been addressed in purchase negotiation. They have undermined a bunch of other issues like the water heater, the condition of the shade structure, etc. I would never hire Eagle Rock to inspect a house I consider purchasing.
