We were greeted by the cutest dog! So friendly and fun to have a dog in the shop. Then they took the phone and said that it would be about 15 minutes but there was someone in front of us whose phone needed an hour. So we said we would come back later. We came back, again greeted by the most adorable dog, and then the phone was ready. Worked perfectly! And for cheaper than the last time he had gotten his phone fixed. They even have a nice little warranty to go along with you. Great experience. I highly recommend Dash :)

I was able to receive phone calls and texts but I could not respond because the touch screen did not recognize my fingers. Also, the screen slowly changed to the black screen of death after not even a minute of having the phone turned on. I took the phone to AT&T thinking I need to get a new phone because the motherboard is compromised. The technician said it's just your screen and to go to that new place at the mall. I arrived at The Fix at Penn Square Mall. Zack was working on fixing a phone for a customer. He asked me what I needed. I told him about my problem and showed him the phone. He said he can certainly fix it for $110. The motherboard should be fine and I only need to replace the screen. He said he will have it ready in 30 to 45 minutes. I left the phone with him and came back. He finished fixing my phone when I came back and handed it over to me. The phone was back to normal! Praise Jesus! Zack was quick and friendly. He will tell you like it is and will diagnosis the issue right on the spot without having to pry open your phone. I noticed this as he gave his assessments to other customers as they walked in to them him their problems. He will give you a price quote as well. I am very thankful that I didn't have to pay hundreds of dollars for a new phone. I've learned my lesson and will use a phone case from now on. I saw the multiple 5 star reviews on google and was thankful they could get me in so quickly before I left to go on vacation to NYC. That repair cost $165, all fair, all good. While in NYC I got caught in a storm and my phone got rained on briefly leading it to get water behind the camera mechanism somehow? Living in OKC my phone has been rained on before but never had anything remotely close to that happen. After the NYC rain, then the screen went completely black and I didn't have a phone for the 2 weeks I was in NYC. I brought it back to Dash since it was still "under warranty" from their "repair". The man said it was water damage so it wasn't under warranty. I told him my phone was previously rated up to 6m until they "repaired it" but whatever, just fix it. He said it might cost more than $165 because it's water damage. I told him to just fix it. He fixed it in 20 minutes by replacing the screen, that's it. Told me he was doing me a favor and only charging me $100. I asked him if it was just the screen and he confirmed. I asked him why then the warranty didn't cover it and he said it was water damage. Okay fine. I gave him the $100. Now my Apple Intelligence button is constantly being engaged to the point of my phone overheating and dying quickly. Should've just paid the $300 to Apple if I knew that this place was so shoddy. Go literally anywhere else.

After being transferred 5 times on the customer support line (that I was told to call my the Clinton and corporate stores) and sitting on hold for over an hour an a half I finally went down to the Clinton store. They were horribly rude and offered no help. They told me they could not help me even though the elderly account holders who are unable to leave their resident gave permission for me to assist them. Bottom line is no one will help you at ATT, they do not care if it's a screw up on their end, and will be horribly rude to you on your way out. No inconvenience to them. I sure hope no one else will do business with them unless you wanted to be treated the same. This is also just one instant of the horrible service they ALWAYS provide as I have my own personal issues with their service.
