After multiple delays, lies, substandard installation we had trouble with the carpet from day 1. Clayton sent out sub contractor named Goldilocks, and no, Idk what his real name is. After listening to his many tales of woe, and I mean DAILY crisis, like I wasn't in one myself, they repeatedly came to "fix" the carpet. They didn't. Due to the negligence of Clayton, by hiring those unable to do a job correctly, my carpet is now greasing and needs to be stretched. Now, you'd think the negligent party, Clayton and their reps, they would be glad to fix the problem. You would be WRONG. In spite of the negligence, the lies, the nastiness I put up with the company says out of warranty, sucks to be you. I bought a VERY EXPENSIVE home, and the idea that we can't expect the carpeting to be installed correctly or repaired by the company. This is not reasonable. Scott, Jason, Clay and Chris all got together to give us the middle finger again. DON'T GET NEAR THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT SUBSTANDARD SERVICE AND ZERO QUALITY. We are not phone literate and asked questions but he did not really explain what his question was asking, just asked for the phone. Then he walked away with the phone. Then played with the SIM card spot and told us we needed to contact our previous company when asked what it was for he looked at us dumbfounded. If a company is going to hire someone, at least make them literate, and have them know what the hell customer service is. Very disappointed in this location and I hope management or lack thereof educates their employees a little bit more on what it means to be in this industry. I was looking for answers, not a clueless look from someone who does not seem like they want to work. Shame on this location and shame on Bryce.

I work as a medical provider all over NC and when the screen blacked out I was not working in Shelby. As a result I had to get my screen fixed in the nearest store while on call. My phone is my working tool. I could not return to this store for over 10 days. I contacted corporate headquarters and they told me that the stores were individually owned. I returned to the store with in 10 days and was refused a refund for the defective screen providers by this company. They would only provide a new screen. Why would I buy another screen from a company that provided a defective product. I already had to get a new screen somewhere else due to the poor product provided but The Fix Shelby. Poor customer service so be warned!
