I work as a medical provider all over NC and when the screen blacked out I was not working in Shelby. As a result I had to get my screen fixed in the nearest store while on call. My phone is my working tool. I could not return to this store for over 10 days. I contacted corporate headquarters and they told me that the stores were individually owned. I returned to the store with in 10 days and was refused a refund for the defective screen providers by this company. They would only provide a new screen. Why would I buy another screen from a company that provided a defective product. I already had to get a new screen somewhere else due to the poor product provided but The Fix Shelby. Designated check in associate at the front and they'll call you when your name comes up. Although we purchased our new I phones at a different location, they are the local store who has helped us through any technical difficulties. On at least two occasions, they have helped diagnose performance issues and help correct them. When my wife first brought hers in and said the touch screen wasn't responding, they didn't even laugh when they peeled the clear film off the screen. LOL! Nice helpful folks! My niece walked out with a brand new phone as planned, protective case and screen protector.
