October I added a line and was lied to about pricing and then he denied he said the things he said. I was actually being charge for an extra line I told them I didn't want or need. Every time I'd go in to talk to them about it they were too busy to fix it. The second time I went in today, due to them being too busy, I was told the manager was on a call and could I come back in three hours. No .:....I drove 45 minutes to get there to begin with. Corporate was willing to try and help. Just beware, Don't look at a person and think due to a possible disability they are "trustworthy " not always the case

We are loyal T-Mobile customers and have never heard of a store with a policy like this. We immediately left and called 611 (customer service) where they confirmed: NO POLICY EXISTS. Please be aware if you choose to use this store. If it doesn't sound right, trust your gut! Side note: Shame on this store for taking advantage of customers.

Where to begin... first they aren't ever there it's seems like they are always at lunch and close…read moreearly. Second they ask for a deposit for parts and a phone number but don't call you after receiving the parts ordered. You have to continue to look for them and follow up with them which in my perspective is just bad business. Then when you take your phone in, they can't fix it because they lack the skill set to remove all the screws in order to replace the phone. So I recommend this place ??? HELL NO! You're better off going to another location because this place just isn't worth it. Pay the $10 more for replacing the screen and get good customer service from a good business !!!

Picked it up when he was done, took the case off to see the back glass was shattered. He replaced it again only for it to shatter once again. Guess I have my daughter go back tomorrow but glass quality being so bad it needs to be refunded. I'll update how that goes.

If the store is open until a certain time, customers should still be able to come in until then, or at least be given a clear explanation.

The kiosk is rather big with counter space on all four sides so it didn't feel crowded. The gentleman who worked there was very friendly, helpful, patient, and did quality work when it came to replacing the screen. We left the phone at the kiosk and walked around the mall. Within 20 minutes the phone was ready. I also bought a phone case for her and we both got screen protectors on our phones and the total was less than 200$. That's a good deal in my opinion. There were plenty of cases to choose from if that is what you fancy. In and out with what you need when you can't live without your phone.
