    An absolute nightmare. The worst customer service of my entire life!…read more I ordered an iPad online through AT&T a week ago, the nearest place I could pick it up was at this location (2 hours from my house). I figured a nice drive one day to pick it up would be worth it. I got there, and the sales guy just handed it to me when I said I was there to pick it up. When I asked if I needed to pay anything, he just said "You're good." I got e-mails from AT&T for days saying to pick up the iPad. . .but I had already picked it up. On Wednesday I get an e-mail saying the order was cancelled. . .and I get a call a few hours later from a man who was apparently the manager of this store, who was confused about the whole situation, asking if I'd ordered an iPad from there. I confirmed I had, and that I'd picked it up. He said that Apple was about to blacklist my iPad as stolen, because the sales guy didn't properly process the order. He said I'd need to come back to the store for some paperwork. Well, that store is 2 hours from my home! That's a significant inconvenience! When I objected, he said I could also go to the Cynthiana location, which was closer to my home. . .he said they could fix the problem. So, later that day I drove to Cynthiana. The guy at the store there had no idea what was going on, said he couldn't help, and said I'd have to go back to Flemingsburg. Upset, I drove to Flemingsburg. . .and got there, to have the sales guy there say he can't help me. He calls the manager, who says he can meet me at the Cynthiana store tomorrow to fix the problem, and we agree to meet there after I get off work to resolve this once and for all. So, I drove 4+ hours that day for nothing. The next day, not wanting ANOTHER pointless drive, I call the number the manager called me from earlier. . .it went to voice mail, and I left a voice mail. I also called the Cynthiana store to see if the manager would be there, they said they knew nothing about this, but they'd call me back when they knew more. I didn't get a call back, so I called them back not long before their closing time, they said they'd never heard back from the manager and they'd forgot to call me back. Finally, on Friday, I get a text from the manager. . .they've figured out how to fix their mistake! But, I'll need to come in to the Flemingsburg store, AGAIN. Remember, this is a another 4 hour round trip, to fix a problem created by THEIR incompetence that was going to cost me my new iPad. So, I drove there after work again. The manager wasn't there, but the clerk there knew how to fix the problem. . .and did fix it in just a few minutes. He was acting like I was doing them a favor, talking about how I was saving them from being in trouble. I was furious at the inconvenience and time and fuel it had taken to fix their incompetence. When I tried to politely ask for some compensation for all this, I was brushed off. By the end, I'd driven hundreds of miles over 8+ hours, and 3 trips to stores (and been stood up on one meeting to fix the problem). . .all to fix THEIR mistake so my new iPad didn't get remotely bricked. . .and when I asked for some compensation for my inconvenience, they ignore that and act like I was doing THEM a favor all along! They don't care about customers, their sales staff are incompetent, and the manager doesn't hold to his agreements.
