AT&T Ordered THREE iPhone 17s from Here for my family. Returned our old iPhones after erasing that week for my wife and daughter AT THAT LOCATION after multiple stories online of shipping issues cost customers $100s from AT&T billing them form"not returning their phone". I was out of country and unable to return mine until returning. Employee & manager "Alvin Holloway" lied directly to me that they "can't take the phone" and asked me to go ship it myself despite my wife & daughter LITERALLY returning last week. Was excited to have a nearby AT&T option rather than Baybrook. And first employee when we purchased phones was great. Lying in sales is not a good move. Or minimally laziness in customer service for customer satisfaction is a terrible move. read more

So I went to pay my phone bill. What was going g on was pretty strange. There was a guy dealing with a customer, and a woman in a red beanie talking g to another. The customer with the red beanie left, the tech picked up her phone and started scrolling for about 3 minutes, when the other guy stopped what he was doing, and asked the tech in the red beanie if she could take my payment. The woman in the red hat ignored him and kept scrolling. Ignoring everyone there. Honestly, this store needs a manager. You could probably go grab 3 freshman from Creek to run that store and it would improve tje location 100 percent. AT&T is bleeding customers. Their fiber is a scam, and their customer service is below fast food in quality. Hire a manager. read more

After having many issues at another ATANDT location I went in hoping someone would solve my issue. Shay is the person who helped me and was very knowledgeable and nice. She listened to the issue I was having and after trying everything that she knew to do she contacted someone on the phone to try and help. They confirmed what the issue was and I now know what to do. I would highly recommend going to this location and asking for Shay if you have any issues or are looking to upgrade or become a new ATANDT customer. read more

We have been here a few times now. First to get my nephew a phone and the second time to transfer my Dad's line over. Shawnee who is the store manager is a staple example of customer service. She is patient, kind and explains everything in detail so you understand what your purchasing!!! She was so much fun to work with and so helpful. We traded in 3 phones and purchased a new line. We did the same with my Dads line and she was so helpful and so patient through the entire process. As long as we live in this area and as long as Shawnee is the manager here we will be coming back for all our wireless needs! AT&T YOU NEED MORE PEOPLE LIKE HER. I walked into the place and was greeted by a nice gentleman that was more-than-willing to help me with my issue. That's when his "boss" comes out from the back and immediately comes over to interrupt the progress we were making and begin to take it into his own hands. His demeanor was very unpleasant. All in all, I was told to go home and do it by myself. I explained to the rude man that I wouldn't have come to the store-front had I have been able to do it on my own AT HOME. I left the store and later got my issues resolved via an hour long call when I got home. You guys are paid hourly...do your job! I guess they weren't making any kind of commission off of me, so I wasn't worth their time. read more

Ever since the management was changed at this store, the entire place seems to suck, I no longer go to this store and thats sad because i used to only go there. but now there are nothing but incompetent people working there except the latina woman who works there she is always a help. but that new manager knows absolutely nothing. to the best of my knowledge he has been with the company less time than the girl who is actually knowledgeable.. I used to not mind how much they marked up the price just to enjoy the friendly atmosphere in there. but now i would much rather not spend my money on the same yet very over priced phone.. the At&t site has really good deals and in the actual CORE store the employees actually care about your needs not just getting their commission.. the new manager sold me a phone that I NEVER MENTIONED WANTING. I later found out it was because it was the phone he made the most commission on.. and thats just plain wrong to use people like that.. read more

The setup process here was a nightmare. I went on one day and something weird with the verification happened due to the phone rep I was listening to having a strong southern accent (nobody's control I guess). However, I came back the next day to try and get things sorted out after that rep told me to call a bunch of numbers that went nowhere. This time I got verified but when I was ready to pay it gave some weird error and the district manager Jeremy said "Just refuse service" wtf???? It is so weird he talks to customers that way and super unprofessional. Granted I had my passport and my drivers license all valid so not sure what the issue was finally? Anyways went to T-Mobile and bam they ran my credit and the lady was so efficient and I got exactly what I wanted without any of the hassle. Thanks At&t you really suck and that district manager is an asshole. Will be sure to spread the word on boycotting this rude At&t place. Zero stars given. I had the worst customer service on Monday, April 29th. The employee spent an hour with me and did absolutly nothing but make things worst. He was not able to fix my sons computer and I was trying to buy a new iphone with my upgrade and he could not figure out how to work the computer or the phone. He printed out my personal statement and was reprimaned by his co worker that he was not do this and to shred my information. At one point he just rolled up my informationa and tossed it on the floor. I ended up leaving and this store has lost me as a customer. Best experience at a cellular store ever. Very professional. Answered all of my questions and left me very satisfied.

My dad just recently passed away and my mom and went into this store to transfer my number to her line. NO ONE in the store was helpful and the employees were extremely rude. Even though my mom and I had entered the store first, the employees kept putting other customers in front of my mom. Annoyed at this point (because when someone passes there are a million other things to do), my mom and I left and the employee, JOHN, stated he would call my mom when it was all transferred. The store closes at 7 and we called back at 6 still haven't heard anything from them. The employee that answered said he would resolve it and respond back before closing....never happened. The following day, my mom called the store back and yet again we were put on the back burner with another promise to be called back from CHRIS. This phone transfer should have been the easiest part of the aftermath of my dad passing but no one was helpful or kind at this store. One star is too many! Returned a phone which husband purchased. They did not credit and remove installment plan or new upgraded 2 year contract. Kept telling me I still owed $649 on my old iPhone 5 (instead of reversing the installment on new phone, they applied it to my old phone) which I've had forever and I could not upgrade and get the phone I preferred. Two weeks later, after 2 store visits, a trip to Best Buy for 2 hours and then an hour on the phone with ATT customer service today, hopefully, just hopefully, I can purchase a new phone tonight. They also told me I could not use the monthly insurance for my iPhone 5 which no longer rings, that the insurance only covers lost or stolen phones. another lie! read more
