I was apprehensive of using a consultant at first, but after talking to many colleagues, I quickly noticed that it was more common than expected. Jennifer provided that final validation I needed in my last applications, primarily with my essays and interview preparation. I came ready with my story for school before we started working together, but she had those resources ready just in case. For my essays she ensured that my voice was consistent and authentic, and also that I highlighted characteristics in myself that the schools were looking for.
