So happy that I found this place as I was looking for a Botanica close to home!…read more I was in need of an evil eye or azabache for a newborn and Betty the owner was super sweet and knowledgeable! She was able to guide me in the right direction as their selection was extensive. I love the one I ended up choosing and she was able to bless it. It honestly felt like I was interacting with a family member and I even ended up getting a bracelet for myself along with a Santa Clara Candle which helps provide clarity. She works alongside her daughter who also knows the inventory very well. This establishment literally has everything you could possibly want in a Botanica and has been in business for 23 years!

Tara's readings are a truly remarkable experience…read more I was at a place where I was dealing with a lot of family and relational issues, and needed some clarity around how to heal and deal with these issues. I reached out to Tara to see if she had any insight, and was absolutely blown away by her gifts and abilities. Without giving her too much information, Tara was able to pick up on family members that I didn't mention, and certain things in my relationships that I didn't talk to her directly about. Tara was able to see and feel what I was struggling with on a spiritual and physical level all while giving me practical advice to help me overcome these issues. Tara was so spot on with everything in her reading, it felt like she knew me for years. She understood everything that was going on with me, and by using her abilities, helped me in ways that no one was else could. Tara's readings are a 10/10.

I am a firm believer of energy that is put out into the universe, either a person's or a place. The…read moreOpen Spirit has nothing, but warm, inviting, positive, and loving energy. The minute you step foot, you can feel it running through your body, and you can honestly tell it is a safe place. After doing some exploring in Nyack, something told us to make a left and walk down the road, which is where we found The Open Spirit. We had the pleasure of meeting Jackie, who had such a warm and fun spirit! She greeted us with open arms, engaged in a conversation, and go to know who we were. We've been back numerous times since, and every time Jackie remembers who we are. In fact, the second time we ever went back, was to check out Nyack's street fair. We went to visit Jackie's booth and the minute we stepped foot she told everyone inside that we were the guys from NYC she couldn't stop talking about. It was such a humbling and grateful experience. Every time we visit the shop we meet someone new. We were there about 2 weekends ago, and we met Lisa. Again, another great soul to come across! There are so many wonderful things in this shop that speaks to you. I have purchased a handful of items that are now placed throughout my home. Walking by them I can feel the positive and loving energy from The Open Spirit.

If I could give a 0 star or - stars rating, I would. I have never been to a psychic who was so…read moreunprofessional and rude, and frankly, abusive. Judith asked me if my husband had brought in family into our marriage, to which I said no. Later in the conversation, I revealed that we had adopted children together. She became incensed that I did not confirm that my husband brought the kids into our family given that the fees and expenses were paid by husband. I still protested that we adopted them together, irrespective of who paid for the adoption expenses. Judith began screaming at me that her perspective was correct and berated me for not confirming. Her stance and response was absolutely demeaning and insulting, not to mention completely unprofessional. How dare you yell at a client for not subscribing to the same familial viewpoint to confirm your read! And then she went on for quite some time discussing the details of the trials and tribulations of her book publishing experience, of which I did not inquire. I let her finish, and then politely asked her if she saw anything else in my future. She then became incensed again and scolded me for asking such a question because asking "what else...?" somehow derails her psychic ability. I have consulted with a number of psychics in my life, and have always been polite and respectful. Never in my life have I ever been so atrociously treated by any of them as I have by Judith Turner. I suggest you do NOT EVER consult with this egregiously unprofessional and emotionally unstable woman.

Many of her clients have left her sessions with renewed hope, purpose, and peace of mind - and in some cases, and in some cases, her insight has quite literally saved lives. There's something extraordinary about the way she connects with people's energy and helps them see paths they couldn't see before If you're looking for a gifted, kindhearted psychic who genuinely wants the best for everyone she meets. I can't recommend Judith enough. She is a rare light in this world, and anyone who crosses her path is truly fortunate.
