My experience was initially welcoming, however my barely damaged vehicle was declared a write off and then the battle began. The enthusiastic lady taking notes on my car at the collision center thought my car was "so very nice" and "barely damaged" and was excited to talk about how well I've taken care of it. And what warranty work I've had done. My insurer insisted I deal with Assured, however I smelled a con. Assured refused to release the collision report to me, costing me several more days waiting to pry the info from my insurer. Wow!! About 60 hour allocated to paint work, repairs all around!! My damage was localized to my rear bumper, which costs $300. They had rocker damage, all the little rust spots listed, all four fenders, and a staggering amout of time for paint adding up to over $10,000 on the report. So I dug deeper. Well Assured is owned by the Boydd group... The Boydd group also owns RKQ salvage down in Missisauga. Well RKQ was fully out of Jetta parts and the lady that did my quote knew this and drooled over the high value salvage. Well done Assured, almost conned me!! Once I called them out for this and suggested litigation wow! All of a sudden I could chose my own collision center and there was extremely ample room for auxilury work should they find more during the repairs. Huh, honest business ya got there. Terrible workmanship and zero dependability do not use this company I warn you now .!!! I brought my Jeep to assured Collision to be fixed by them threw my insurance company . I picked the vehicle up they said they did 5000$ Worth of work to the vehicle they gave me the vehicle back still broken and the front end was 100 times worse then it was before they did not fix it at all my family vehicle is still damaged and unsafe also barley drive able . They have terrible service and zero dependability and absolutely terrible workmanship . I wouldn't let these people work on my lawnmower never mind my vehicle. They are scam artists only in it for the insurance money with zero care for the customer or there vehicles condition when giving it back to them . Absolutely garbage workmanship never go here .. they said they tried to reach out to me which is a lie they never once called me to resolve any of this situation they have zero care for the customer. But to make themselves look good they commented on my review they are scam artists don't go here there are much better body shops that are actually professional this place and my experience with them has been absolutely garbage read more

go ANYWHERE but this body shop. If your insurance company tells you to use them, outright refuse. After almost 5 months and 2 trips in to the shop our vehicle is still not fixed properly. They not only lied to insurance and to us, but went as far as "repairing" the wrong side of the vehicle. Incredible that this shop is even open for business. read more
