Boots The Chemists

Quite a large Boots, stocking most products, sadly this store does not stock anything like Clarins…read moreor Clinique. The No.7 counter is really small, but the No.7 lady is really helpful if you need tips on what to buy or how to apply. The crazy part about this store is the toys etc are all upstairs, and there is no public lift so if you are with a baby/toddler you need to grab a sales assistant so they take you up in the goods lift..! Staff on the till are helpful and will nearly always tell you if you are about to miss an offer by not buying enough etc. They have lots of kids clothes at the back of the store next to the pharmacy including nearly always a sale rail.

A decent store. The usual range of cosmetics and toiletries at reasonable prices. Often they are…read moreundercut by Wilkinson's which seems to have much lower prices, but Superdrug's special offers are good and their store is a lot less cramped. A good place in a convenient location - recommended.
this is a great little shop situated in town so you can pop in and get all your needs . i often go…read morehere to stock up on my toiletries as i find them to be alot cheaper than elsewhere, and they always have lots of two for one one deals. the range they have is a fair size especially in the haircare section and i always find what im looking for here, the staff are helpful and always cheery and willing to help you find what you need, so pop in and give yourself a treat, they do lots of smellies too! and they also have a chemist here so great to pick up a prescription

I am coloured and was not well Please can you guys stop discrimination laser watching people who match your standard criteria but for sure If you are blond, is impeccable attire you will have no problem whatsoever Sad but hence we have social media to share it with the world
A spacious boots store, laid out on one floor so easily accessible. There is a decent sized baby…read moresection, with a good range of nappies and baby foods, as well as a small selection of baby clothing. There is a photo shop, but it is small and very rarely is it manned by anyone, so unless you are just after digital kodak instant prints, i wouldn't bother with journeying here just for the photos! There is normally a good clearence section, where the reductions are really good, but they sell out fast! The pharmacy is good, the pharmacist is normally very helpful and they have an area if you want to speak privately with them. It is worth noting that the pharmacy is open until midnight, handy if you have an emergency. Beware though, that the store shuts at 8pm, then there is just a hatch open from8pm until midnight where you can talk to the pharmacist and have prescriptions dispensed.

As previously mentioned, this shop is very close to a large Tesco and Boots. However, for lots of…read moreproducts I always find Superdrug to be WAY cheaper. For example, there's a particular brand of shower gel that I use and Tesco sell it for £4.95, it's only £2.99 in Superdrug - so a no-brainer for me. Also, the staff are always very helpful and friendly (they're willing to check stock out the back, if something's not on the shelves) and they have a wide product range. In these credit-crunch times, I'd say it's worth taking a look here, you might save a few £s.
This Superdrug Store is located in Chineham Shopping Centre which also has a Boots store. I find…read morethat if I simply want to buy an item I usually shop in Superdrug as there products are cheaper than the Boots just round the corner! If I want advice on medications I prefer to use Boots as their pharmacy section is very good. Superdrug is a bit of a down market equivalent of Boots but if you just want to buy the usual chemist products then I would suggest you go here.

Great as long as you don't mind waiting at least 15 minutes for the simplest prescription. The…read moremanager is more concerned about procedures than listening to customers and you are made to fell inferior by most of the staff. There is no point in complaining as the people who matter only have a limited understanding of English. If you need medication go to Boots or Tesco at Chineham, a pain as this is best to the doctors but at least the experience won't raise your blood pressure.
