Picture this: I arrive on a Friday, a little late, strung-out by the day I'd had, short on paperwork, documentation and WiFI access with a load of little economic but high sentimental value. Steve, perhaps bemused by this new customer problem as I presented, got my load crated, loaded and out of the weekend weather. I'm not suggesting you roll-up disorganized like me.
