I needed my neck & back tension relieved, every other place was booked. They were rude, rushed me to get undressed, busted in the room without knocking, made me pay prior to service, talked among themselves in their language over me as I was getting the massage, and a lot of running in and out the massage room! Unfortunately, I paid in advance with my cash app card and suggested that I will pay tip in cash. They are dressed in street clothes and at one point she hovered her hips above my head while massaging my back, NASTY! I have had massages numerous times in my life (80 plus times, including Thai massages) generally for hygiene purposes they would not have on jeans or street clothes doing this technique. I was so frustrated, therefore, I never relaxed during my session. There were no other customers in the salon, so it was no need for all this foolishness and chaos. At the end, I tipped 20% in cash and left. I went home and didn't go anywhere else until the next morning for a lunch date. I went to go to pay my lunch bill and noticed that seven of my credit/debit cards were missing including the card I used at Mae Mae's Massage. At that point, I realized that my purse was in the room with me the day before during all the traffic in and out a Mae Mae's. Less than 24 hrs I returned to ask if I left my card there. The first response from the staff, I was told "you didn't use a card, you used cash". They started lying and acting nervous and stated they wanted no trouble..... Hmmm. I never accused them of anything, the staff was nervous and started acting crazy. In my mind & spirit they were acting GUILTY! When I returned, my 20 yr old daughter was with me and had no clue what all transpired the day before. We left and my daughter immediately said "Mom, yeah those ladies are hiding something and are very unprofessional". I have no proof, however, I am not slow or naive. All cards were immediately reported stolen. I take full responsibility of allowing myself to be in this unprofessional, sketchy, ran down, trifling and nasty environment. Please do not put yourself in the same situation. I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE! Good luck to others, I pray that no one gets hurt and/or experience anything else like this!
