I've left messages telling her I need a Living Trust drawn up. I met her a couple years ago at her office (which used to be in her living room at her house in Moore) and it was weird then because almost the entire time she was telling me about a new boyfriend she has and way too much information! I wondered then if she was really interested in doing any work or had time. I guess nothing has changed after two years. I'm moving on to someone that needs and wants to work!

As soon as the contract was signed and payment made, everything stopped. I feel she is all about money. She has no compassion for clients. Our credit was not that bad to begin with. No bankruptcy, no large credit cards debt, no foreclosure. She then offered a user account because of mistake she made. Once the user account was on my credit my scores shot up to 720. But my husbands stayed low. We figured out she was using the wrong ss for his user account. She is all about money and not the client. We pay $340 a month with a large down payment to have our credit repair. She informed me that she was unavailable, but would call me later once she arrived home for me to meet her at her home. After waiting almost 3 hours, I finally called her back at about 5:30pm, and she informed me that she just got home. I drove to her address which looks like a dump. She did the paperwork on the hood of one of the automobiles in her front yard. Then she informed me that she only accepts cash, Venmo, CashApp, or Zelle, but not debit/credit card. None of which did I have the ability to pay on the spot. She also charged me double the $5 state fixed rate as she claimed it was "After Hours." I reminded her that I called her at 2:45pm, and she did not concede to only charging me the appropriate $5. I paid her once I got home and was able to via Zelle. However, I won't be using her services again.
