She asked me what I wanted and then brought over hair color samples to help me find a shade that would look very natural, since that's what I wanted. I wanted natural highlights, and she did not disappoint. I had never gotten highlights before so I was a little nervous, but I was nervous for no reason. She's been doing hair for 17 years, and is like the hair color master there, so me and my mom were in good hands. The place isn't very high tech, but it's very homey. The girls talk to you like your family, and a couple of them actually are. I felt very at home there. I will be going back again to get my highlights redone. This place will become your favorite salon where they immediately know what you want as soon as you walk in.

She then proceeds to ask me why I don't just bleach my hair at home... cause I'm trying not to melt my hair because of my inexperience in bleaching my hair. Started laugh at my response and again made fun of my inexperience & just said I can come in & she'll see what she can do.....no thanks. Would have been nicer without all the rudeness, oh well my search continues & hopefully y'all have a better, more respectful chat with the people/person here.
