They will refuse to take it back or fix it - basically claim that since it is refurbished you can not expect everything to work If you purchase - do it at your own risk taht it may not work well or will only work partially. You are much better to buy something from an individual - more honest and the warranty at Econoplus is worth nothing as it is not fully honored.

We ordered two set of appliances (fridge, stove, washer and dryer) a month ago, which earned us a rebate on the overall prices. The vendor was adamant at that point that all the items would be readily available and before July 1st, when they would be needed to furnish an apartment. However, our requests for updates on the delivery time were often ignored (promise to call back in "two minutes" that was never fullfilled). We therefore went directly to the shop to settle the matter. There, we were informed that half of the items ordered would not arrive in time because of the shipping delays experienced over the world since this winter. Although we understand the unprecedented situation that afflicted the shipping schedule, we did feel upset about been previously assured that everything would arrive on time. Moreover, the solutions offered were not satisfactory: 1) either we wait until the order arrives (likely a week later); 2) we replace the product by another of the same price or cheaper; 3) we cancel the order and try to find something at another shop. Option 2 was initially tempting, but given the rebate that we had received for buying several items, the only eligible replacement products were subpar to that of the ones we originally chose. Option 3 seemed feasible but risky, as these was only a week left before the tenant moves in. In the end, we went for Option 1, thanks to the kind flexibility of the tenant, who offered to borrow a mini-fridge from her parents while waiting for her fridge. It was a stressful experience, especially with the sometimes contradictory information received from the customer service and the vendor. They also seemed overworked and stressed, running from one issue to the other. Interestingly, during out visit at the shop, another client had a shouting match with customer service!
