The building was an unassuming brick number, with only hints of what they do on the outside, but inside, they truly have a lovely set up that showcased their offerings. We ended up getting quotes from several vendors, but ultimately decided to move forward with PMS because of all of the extra things they offered and the variety of their selection. From start to finish, my experience with PMS was professional yet quick. The day the crew came to our house, I was surprise to see that Parker was there to make sure the office and the work crew were on the same page. I was frankly amazed how quick they were able to clear our the posts from the old deck (we did the demo ourselves), move the sprinklers system (with very little damage), and graded the ground. Also, I cannot say enough about the crew they sent. I believe the foreman was Noe and over the 3 days they were at our house, they work from dawn to dusk, and were fast, yet meticulous, as they laid the pavers, while also cleaning up after themselves. Based on my experience, I kind of wish I had just used them for the entire backyard. If you can afford PMS, I highly recommend this company. The work on my pavers had not yet been scheduled when I came across a special you were advertising for the exact same work. 20% off. Fast forward, Job done, invoice received, no adjustment. Called Cam. He told me that special couldn't be applied. Still don't understand the reason. Wasn't clear. Personally, I don't think top line companies hold hard and fast to a policy such as this. Not good will. It's little courtesies like this that keep customers coming back. Rick Gordon

They even extended my area around the patio with their backhoe for me for use to install landscaping that we will have installed soon. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Every time we talked we had to go over what bricks I wanted even though he had it written down. The part that didn't go so well, we were doing a relocation of a drainage pipe to the front from the back. We all agreed to where it needed to go to for the water to runoff properly. Our fault for not having it exactly specified in feet on the quote, lesson learned. Day of, we learn that he stated it can't go that far, they can't dig that much and could only go part way. That is exactly what I didn't want for water to drain to my driveway so in the winter it would ice.

The crew left our property in a state of disarray, I'm still finding nails and debris scattered around the garage area years later. I wasn't told how to prepare for the day of the roof installation and one of the owners blamed me for the mess that was left inside my garage.
