The bill in which was paid upon them promising me years ago that they made a mistake throwing the wood away and that they would fix it
James ..

I would like to say that this review doesn't reflect Eric as he was a technician that was nothing but good to me, who worked on a few calls to my house. That being said this company prices much higher than any other company I've seen. This company was hired to do a big project in my house in which resulted in some errors in which they haven't fixed to this day. Shame on this company for not completing their mess up's. When this company had to redo the old piping in my house, one of their technicians broke a piece of the cast iron piping and dropped it down within the pipe. Luckily they were able to magnet fish it out or it could have caused my sewer line to back up, costing more money and resulting in some serious, nasty issues in my house. The issue at hand that they have not completed yet gave me their word they would is, while redoing the piping in connection with my shower. They ripped the floor up but they floor has a rustic, specific hidden door piece that was specifically made for covering the piping so that nothing would fall down into the ceiling. They threw this piece away and proceeded to tell me, "opps' our bad and stated they would construct something to replace what they "accidently" did but HASN'T REPAIRED THIS TO THIS DAY. I believe Aaron was the one in question that I followed up with a call stating when they were going to repair their mess up and they haven't done so to this day. Over a $2,000 job and they caused more damage than there was originally. Update: This company has no integrity as they left a reply trying to show affirmation, but then when I exposed them again for not keeping their word and getting in contact with me like they claimed to have told the public, they then blocked me on social media, deleted my review and of course didn't contact me to fix what they broke and threw away from my house during their job. ...See you in court for the damages!!!

Not even worth a star... in January 2021, we lost heat... called Blakes heating & Cooling, they…read morecame out 2 days later, tht wasn't the problem... We needed a whole new furnace and said should also get new AC unit as well for Summer, we did.. $10,000... well we had ro call thm back again 2022 for a leaking overflow/ the thing on bottom tht hold the condensation.. paid $300 for tht whn they actually wanted more but GAVE US A SMALL DISCOUNT, and now 2023... we called for a tune up, clean and their wording was, WE DONT HAVE TIME, OR WORKERS FOR THT, so we called another company LAMEERS and upon thm arriving they tell me tht whoever installed furnace did bare minimal, using a single venting pipe to ONLY use the basement air for flow when the wall is LITERALLY RIGHT THERE, they cud have just piped it thru the upper wood, and showed me all the places tht should have been sealed tht wasn't... thn before he left he took us thru and showed EVERYTHING he had to repair behind Blake's, here are just a few... didn't seal a place which made the condensation collect in the bottom of NEW FURNACE where the motor is leaving corrosion and thick so he cleaned tht HAD TO SCRAP it, back in the actual furnace same area a crap load of dust, which showed Blake's didn't clean area, screws were missing only used 2 where 4 was needed leaving air flowing into basement, the line for condensation was pinched of 3 places and doing the 4th place whn he was showing us, a rubber piece down in area where motor is wasn't attached, the clamp was laying NEXT to it, had to reseal the whole thing cuz Blake's sealed leaving gaps still which was loosing air into basement... So for me to even give them 1 star wud be lying... they aren't worth 1 star... whn I told Lammer about the $300 condensation compartment, he was like whoa $300, and tht was AFTER they did furnace... shook his head... he wouldn't talk bad about any other company but said they didn't even do bare minimal, they just threw together and told us what we wanted to hear becuz we didn't know what we were seeing anyway... I DO NOT RECOMMEND BLAKES HEATING & COOLING EVEN IF THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES OPEN...

The day before, they called to say that I was the only appointment on that day in my area, and they wanted to reschedule to mid September when they could group several appointments together in my area. Ok, that's well before the heating season, no problem. Then, a couple days before the second scheduled appointment, they called to say they had a covid outbreak among their staff and wanted to reschedule to late October...two months after the original appointment! I called a different company and they came out two days later and did the job.

The technician and the back office said I was getting tier 2 inspection(which includes a video scope) for a 10% discount at $315. When the techs arrived, they said they could not inspect with a video. I called and inquired as to whether this would lower the price. "No". Ok. They had to move my stove, which rests on granite tiled floor. An awful grinding noise, (which I should have immediately called out). I wanted the techs to show me how dirty it was and their first pass had just a bit of creosote. But they made sure to mention that it was "really" dirty and that I should schedule once a year. Ok. But, I used to do my own at a previous home and compared to that, it was NOT really dirty by any means. They were done in 10 minutes. Pushed back the stove and I paid them cash. In doing so, they charged me $300. Thank you. However, when they left, I gave everthing a closer look. The original debris that came out of the pipe was still on the floor behind the stove (Are you kidding me? Your vaccuum was right there and could have sucked this up in under 5 seconds) and then I noticed the crazy scratches on the granite. I called back office; sent in photos and explained what happened. I demanded a fix (Not rocket science, as the stone has to be sanded and polished), but is it my responsibility to do the job correctly that I paid $300 for)? The back office asked me if I had pictures of the floor before the techs scratched it? Ah, no. Supposedly I'm to expect a call back from the owner. Been a week and 1/2. Crickets.
