Everyone at the Durant Ok. office was very nice and on the ball. We had an appointment for October, but she started having extreme pain a couple of days after taking her last antibiotic. We called the office and they took her in the next day. The procedure went very smoothly, her IV went in easily, which is not normal for her. Doctor Southerland was very nice and her extraction took just a few minutes. She was awake from the anesthesia and walking, assisted, to the car in less than 20 minutes. She was given pain and anti-nausea medication and also told that she could call with questions any time day or night. We were extremely pleased with this practice and would recommend them to anyone needing oral surgery.

I called Dr. Ledbetter, it was 9 pm on a Saturday. He called me back at 9.05pm. He told me to meet him at his office in twenty minutes. 9.30pm rolls around and he pulls up in jeans and flip flops and a t shirt, poor guy.... He let me in and Checked me over. He gave me the blessing in needle for and pumped my gum full of bliss inducing Novacaine! He gave me a script for some antibiotics and i went home and actually rested. I have to say that he isn't my regular Dentist. The length that he went for me to feel some comfort was unsurpassed and is something i don't hear of anymore. Yes he charged me, but It wasn't a premium or after hours charge Just the Drugs and thats all. Either way what he did that night is actually truly priceless. I agreed and did that. While I was on the phone I scheduled a regular exam the earliest appointment was 4 weeks out. So I scheduled it. One day before my appointment they called to confirm. Since I was at work I was not able to call them back. An hour before my appointment I received a text message reminder of my appt. I responded "Thanks". When I got to the location in Ardmore, OK I was told my appointment was given to some else since I had not called back and confirmed. Interesting that when I was in pain four weeks prior they were not able to squeeze me in but on my appointment day my appointment was canceled so they could sqeeze someone else in. They went on to say that they would be able to see me but I would have to wait since someone else now had my appointment and we deffinetly wouldn't want them to wait four weeks to get in. Why on God's Green Earth would I want to stay and be treated as a patient by a dental group that would do this to someone. I was looking forward to the appointment. I was so blown away of this happening I just walked out. So, I would not suggest anyone to visit this location!!!

Mind you, during original filling appointment he bragged about being top of his class in dental school. I was left with so much pain I could not use that side of my teeth to chew food.
