These is the worst spa I have ever been to. The woman who owns this place is very money hungry and will do and say anything just to make a profit. She sold me 200 Euros worth of products and then refused to give me a consultation to tell me how they worked! She said it would cost another 30 Euros for that service. Also, she doesn't even now how her products work as she sold me a "mask" and said to use it twice a week for 15 min. However, what she actually sold me was a scrub! This woman is only after money and does not have her customer's best interest at heart. She will sell you things you don't need, and try to charge you if you ask her for any beauty advice. This is my favorite spa in the Hague. The service is friendly and personal. The team is very helpful and accommodating. Their hours are convenient and I always manage to get an appointment when I want. They have a wide range of services including facials, waxing, nails, eyelash coloring and extensions, and make-up. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I am always pleased with the results. read more

I had an eyelash extension refill at Aspa I while back (i've been doing this back home in Sweden during a year or more). This was sadly not a good extension. When I got home to do my regular "double check" I found that only half the amount of my lashes were hooked up with extensions. Furthermore, the extensions that actually were there, was 2 mm from the root making it look like not only the grinch (!) but as I'd been doing the extension 4 weeks earlier and not in fact the same day. The girl that had been doing the lashes had only been working with this during 2 months so that might be the reason (lack of experience). Well, I e-mailed the spa to ask about this and they were very keen on me getting back there so that they could make a remedy. Only we could not get that to work with the schedules and then they closed for vacation. So, I never went back there but instead went to My Lashes (see the review on my page). Went here today for a haircut and my hair has honestly never been softer! I was simply walking by, when i noticed that ASPA offered all natural beauty services and suddenly decided it was time to get a haircut. I simply walked in and was given an appointment within the hour, which was really convenient. ASPA is small and very quaint. The service is extremely accommodating and personal. My hairdresser (can't seem to remember her name) did a full cut, blowdry, and style with lots of layers, and did a fantastic job. My hair feels healthy and rejuvenated! read more
