Dr Galindez was going to do the surgery and we just had to pray that he was our guy. We are a tough crowd to please with half of the siblings and cousins doctors or in the medical field. I even sent a friend here for treatment; however my husband did his CDL physical exam here which cost over one hundred dollars & he's supposed to come back to take his blood pressure portion; however we were told he couldn't take it today after being previously told he didn't need an appointment for just blood pressure to be taken. The lady literally ran us out of the office & said we have to call & schedule an appointment even though we were previously told we didn't need to. Again for nothing but a blood pressure reading.She wouldn't even allow us to make an appointment right then. We live half an hour away, very rude & inconsiderate. HERE'S THE KICKER. I have called & left a message, called multiple times & haven't been able to make an appointment or get anyone on the phone. Nor has anyone returned my call after she said we must make an appointment even though the voice message says walk ins are welcome smh. You can't deny someone who followed instructions & came in then tell them to call for an appointment only to never pick up the phone so they can make one. I feel they don't appreciate their loyal patients who've been coming here for years Very undependable, it's like once they got the money we still don't have what we need, can't get an appointment, and can't finish his cdl exam. My mother visited this place for an immigration physical and her experience was exactly the same as described in other one-star reviews. They quote one price, refuse to tell you the charge for tests, and then slap on an additional $500. I had my own physical done a couple years ago at another doctor and the misleading prices, bait and switch, and nasty online responses that this doctor is known for were not a part of the package. The unprofessional and combative way in which this business responds to negative reviews will tell you all you need to know about them. I saw one response where they basically said to the reviewer "sorry you're too poor to afford this" Based on personal experience, I know that there are other doctors available to perform an immigration physical who will not lie to or berate their patients. This facility uses the fact that they have been doing this for "seven years" to excuse being rude and nasty to customers. Spend your money elsewhere.

Not pleased overall....good doctors and staff; well kept ( mostly) office. Problem? THREE…read more visits and THREE blood drawings and the proof in the blood drawings and subsequent screenings that I need/should maintain my 9 year prescription as I do NOT overuse or abuse it-- despite this and my health numbers being flawless and my blood screening indicating that ( age related) I should continue the exact amounts and timetable of my 'certain' single medication; these 'professionals' took forever ( see: 6 weeks and longer) to grudgingly grant me HALF of what I had been using for NINE (see: 9) years with ZERO complications. Ergo my bless than stellar review of this business. Seems multiple visits and multiple blood drawings will facilitate ample financials taken from my HUMANA ( soak the insurance company when they dont look) and even my calling Humana to explain did nothing. My former primary (CHEN) also got axed by me as they simply went along with this so-called specialist despite my prior blood work and long documented history ( by prior primaries and WALGREENS prescription refills) showing that no change was needed. NOTE- my cardiologist ( Dr Purow at Holy Cross was also asked about this by "Z urology" and he agreed to maintain dosage and timetable of usage--- to no avail as the "professionals" at Z UROLOGY dropped the ball. Maybe my case is incredibly rare; however it involves ME and MY life and MY way of life so this review is posted with 100% accuracy. I will never recommend Z Urology ( and will give negative advertising aloud when asked) due to this glaring arbitrary decision and lack of explanation to me . This is an oligophrenial and arrogant business . The choice is yours- I would look elsewhere!
