Now I have been through pulmonologists like most folks go through shoes. I have had an really old…read moreguy that cured everything with steroids. Then a young guy that cared about himself more then me. I was looking for the mirrors in the exam rooms. I finally got a spot with Dr. Jennifer Fulton. She is a caring doctor that really makes me feel like she wants me around. Now getting in to see her can be tricky. She is in such high demand with the hospital where she is the head of pulmonology. Her I guess bed side manners or room side manners are really good. She is super nice and really knows her stuff. I have been lucky enough to have been going to her for years now. She has got my lungs to the best shape that they can be. In fact I just returned from my post op appointment where my breathing wasn't very good in the hospital. I am feeling a lot better now. She has gotten me up and running (maybe a step or two) I am actually going to surf again as soon as the water warms up to old fat guy temps. Thanks Doc and see you in a couple of months.

I was a…read morelittle nervous about finding all new doctors for my mom since we just moved here and back home she had to see a primary, lung and heart doctor due to her age. Not to mention I have to take her to all of her appointments because she does not drive. I will say that I am most confident that we have found the right Pulmonary Dr for her!!! What I love is that we never have to wait long to be seen after we have signed in and the waiting area has plenty of seats and always beat and clean. The office staff are very friendly, nice and professional! They know us now so the warmness of the staff is great! Dr. C is the best Lung Dr! He always has a smile on his face and always greats us with a warm "hello" and handshake. His bedside manner is the BEST! When my mother was in the hospital for seven days last week, Dr. C came by and checked on her a couple of times. Not so much with her other doctors. And if my mom needs refills before her next appt, I just go up there and pick them up. They don't try and "nickel & dime" you by making make another appt. Hoping no one needs a Pulmonary Dr or any doctor as a matter of fact, but if for reason you do, Dr. C is where you need to go!!

Dr. Fulton who comes with the heading of "Best in Town" of all the local lung doctors. She is a sweet heart of a person very nice and let's just say super smart. She got me back up and running so I have her way up there in my book of doctors. They have moved into a new set of offices instead of inside the hospital across the way. They are really nice and a bunch more room then they had. The practice is booming as far as I can tell. All the girls in the office seem to also really like it. More room updated equipment and not a lot of traffic getting in and out. I do like my doctor and their new offices so that's what really matters right.

It took five months to diagnose me with severe persistent asthma and another five months of ineffective treatment to seek a second opinion, especially after my rescue inhalers no longer worked and he told me to come back in 90 days. My last appointment he wrote that my asthma treatment was optimal, my symptoms are not consistent with asthma, and that my symptoms were ENT or PSYCH related...basically in my head. I have since discovered a sewer gas leak in my home that was ongoing for 15 months...and my new pulmonologist diagnosed me immediately with tracheomalacia...collapse of the trachea. My new physician also did a lung function test right in office during my appointment instead of making me come back for an additional appointment. I indeed have asthma as well. Two things or even three things can be true at once. If they misdiagnose or miss a condition, Dr Ramsaran will just tell you it's in your head...but not to your face...just in his notes.

They have moved from Suite 345 the last time I visited to downstairs in the same building in Suite 108. I found this out after going to the old location; at least it was in the same building so I didn't have to much trouble getting to the new office. Speaking of new office the new office is so much nicer than the old office upstairs; looks a lot cleaner and newer furnishing. Due to COVID-19 upon walking into the Roger Main building your temp is taken, you are asked the standard C19 questions, and you are giving a sticker to put on your shirt that has your temp on it. After that you can proceed to your doctor's suite. Once I got to Dr Yutaco's office I was greeted by his friendly reception team, waiting a very brief period, and then had one of his staff take me back to the exam room where they took my vitals. After this was a very short wait for Dr. Yutaco to come in. Dr. Yutaco listened to my concerns and explained options. Then afterwards scheduled a followup.

The young women here are friendly but unfortunately every single time I have requested a document, records release, even my referral here etc it has taken at least three tries/phone calls or office visits to have things taken care of properly. Due to misinformation, miscommunication, and simply a lack of communication and execution among the team has been the cause of this. I have been told my information has been lost, that my requests were never passed along from whomever I spoke to. I was never contacted to schedule an appointment when my referral was received, I was never contacted to receive the information they needed to get me started with appointments, it took over a month of waiting for the office to reach out to schedule, which they never did, only after myself reaching out multiple times was I able to finally get scheduled and continue care after temporarily relocating from another state. Now as I transfer back to my original state and needing records transferred I have been told three times now that I had filled out the form incorrectly, when in fact I followed the exact instructions of the office staff. It should not have to be my responsibility to continually call or check in to make sure things are being done properly. It's sad to say but I am grateful to be transferring to a different office to continue my prenatal care, I can't imagine the other mothers who may have had similar experiences or the many mothers who rely on translators and have an additional language barrier. Due to difficulty sleeping my Primary care referral to to Ascension Sleep Group.. And the process…read morewas so smooth. Within a week the Sleep group coordinator contact to set the sleep test. They provided me will detail instructions from hygiene to parking.. so nice arrive I park in the ER parking lot which was free and entered through the ER building and took a left down a long hallway. When I can to the end of the hallway I made a left passing the SuBway that was on the right and the elevators were on the right also. I took the elevators to the 5th floor. I checked in at the Front desk and The asleep Lab technician gave me a tour and showed me to my suite. The room was extremely clean and prepped before I arrived. He explained the procedure very carefully and asked if I had any question and then connected the wires to me. He assisted me to the bed and did a test to make sure all the equipment was working correctly and it was. 500am promptly he came to disconnect the equipment. I took a quick survey and I left at 515am. Over all a great experience. They made me feel very comfortable. I recommend Ascension Medical Sleep Group for anyone who needs it. 10/10

I cannot begin to express her customer centered approach to the testing modalities that she had to do with me. She was most patient, friendly, understanding, and was able to explain the process thoroughly and in a way that was not talking down to me but rather in a manner that I would be able to understand. I was most impressed with the care she displayed. Now to Dr. Katz. I do not think I have ever met a more compassionate doctor! He was extremely approachable, knowledgeable, patient, and truly demonstrated an invested interest in me as a patient. Not once did he look at his watch kept open body language and was able to answer questions. His office staff ran on time, clean, and practice universal precautions.
