I even bought their membership because I was told I could return my tent for any reason and even no reason whatsoever and get my $ back. The grommets ripped out of my tent and all of the stakes bent so easily when the wind picked up. All of my coworkers who bought their tents at walmart returned their tents and got brand new ones.I paid three times as much for my tent and was told all these promises.And when I went to return it, they said, no, you're effed. Screw off we won't take it back. I highly do not recommend.Do not listen to anyone there.And buy your stuff somewhere else.Horrible company.That's why they're closing all their stores. These outlet malls have huge savings and as a bonus Oregon has no sales tax and bags .are 05 cents vs. Hawaii's .26 cents. Was greeted promptly by the staff working the floor and offered to assist me with anything if needed. They had a great Sale going at the moment with Puma logo Polo shirts for $15 each. The check out process went without a hitch and I left very happy and satisfied.

It's one of the main stores I hit whenever I'm town and especially whenever I'm looking for anything that isn't Nike or Adidas. With the closing of the Pearl District location (http://www.yelp.com/biz/puma-portland), the pickens for anything Puma related in the area have become that much smaller. Much to the disappointment of Puma fans, the place is only a quarter of the size of the nearby Nike outlet. There are a handful of clothing racks for both men's and women's and the back area is for the limited footwear selection. While they don't have a lot of sales, the deals that can be found here are pretty solid. Customer service is one thing they do well here. For anything I've ever needed help on the Puma people behind the counter are right on it. Though one thing that strikes me is the fact they're decked out in Puma gear that is almost never found in the store. It's another mini reminder this Puma location is more outlet than retail.

Since it is Spring, there was a great assortment of short sleeve t-shirts, tops and dresses along with long sleeve versions. And of course the sweatshirts and sweaters from the winter season still available. There was a navy, red and white belated trench coat that I really liked, but did a catch and release since I have so many coats and usually forget to grab one out of the closet! Stripes were everywhere, even on the slide sandals, perfect for poolside. Lots of jeans, too, many in the trendy reborn flair and trouser styles for those needed a break from the skinny jeans. The only Tommy Hilfinger clothing I own are jumpsuits; I find this designer makes the best fitting and classically styled version. They are very fitters from the waist up which loose comfortable legs. A zipper in back makes them easy to get in and off. On this day, they didn't have any available. Typically I find them at Ross of all places! And at such fabulous prices I have bought several. The store was clean and well organized with the clothing arranged around colors and seasons.
