All bean sprouts, basil were added in your bowl, you don't have choice, and there was no lemon, no red chili, only chili sauce. I've ordered beef pho but there was only beef slices, no beef pellet, no raw beef slices or omasum. I was disappointed. Btw, spring rolls were not bad, papaya salade was beyond my expectation! 牛肉河粉让我很失望。豆芽什么的事先已经加到汤里了，没有让人自己添加的余地，我又是个不爱吃豆芽的人。没有发现柠檬以及小辣椒的影子，只有辣椒酱，而且很不新鲜的感觉，一挤瓶子先出了一堆水...怪怪的。并且牛肉河粉里只有熟牛肉片，没有牛肉丸，没有生牛肉，没有牛百叶，或许是我点错了，但是菜单上没有看到更贵的选项了，总之不是我期待的火车头河粉。但是春卷与木瓜沙拉还不错，尤其沙拉比我期待的好吃。
