And since he did contract with them and he clearly knew who I was he should have recused himself from the case. Instead he turned his face and would not speak to nor look at me directly. It took me a few days to figure out why. He knew me. But he tried the case anyway. I will be filing grievances with the Ohio Bar Association as well as the Ohio State Supreme Court. What he did violated the Code of Conduct and he should no longer be allowed to practice law, let alone preside over any type of legal hearing. Canon 1 states that "Judges must maintain the highest standards of personal conduct and practice integrity in every aspect of judicial practice". I do not believe he meets this requirement.
