Rented my property out through Andersons and had some problems with tenants. They were supposed to…read moremove out and missed a months payment so they gave my deposit back to them to cover this without them moving out. This obviously resulted in tenants in my property and no deposit held for them. Andersons wouldn't even sort out mess they caused - just washed their hands of it and wouldn't deal with the situation. I tried contacting ombudsman but they weren't even registered apparently. They had never heard of them. Avoid at all costs.
