The crew came highly recommended, and from my very first phone call, I quickly understood why. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions by phone or text. And when I could not make up my mind about the roof color, Bob Hobbs went above and beyond - he actually drove me to multiple homes so l could see the different colors and styles on actual roofs. That made the decision so much easier! Steve Lengacher kept me updated on scheduling and actually helped make my day a bit brighter at times. The crew arrived exactly as scheduled and immediately impressed me with how careful they were with my property. They took the time to cover my landscaping and made every effort to keep shingles and debris away from my plants. Of course, it's impossible to avoid every single piece when replacing a roof, but somehow my landscaping survived beautifully! During the project, they pulled plywood and removed a yellow-jacket nest. They paid close attention to the details, making sure I had adequate ice and snow shield and adding additional waterproofing up a section of wall where there was a potential problem area. Those are the kinds of things that give you confidence that your roof is being installed correctly-not just quickly. And then came the cleanup. After the roof was completed, the crew didn't simply pack up and leave. They actually went through my landscaping, lifting leaves and checking carefully for small pieces of asphalt and debris. They followed that up with magnets to make sure they had picked up any stray nails. I was genuinely impressed by the amount of care they put into leaving my property as clean and safe as they found it. The follow-up afterward to make sure I was happy with the results was also very much appreciated. Every member of the crew was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in doing the job right. They made a great impression from beginning to end.
