Manager was nice as was associate, then it went downhill. As a disabled combat veteran they set up a pick up day and I let associate know I was on my way and he stated he was off but there were expecting me. Get there and 3 women state bear with us as it's just us 3 ladies... what?? Really, that's how you follow up a sale. Sent associate Daniel a message and didn't hear back. My friend went in to help and said it's a disaster and 2 male associates just standing around watching while the ladies tried to load a heavy electric sofa and love seat. I had to come in and assist along with my friend to get the furniture out to my truck. HORRIBLE. Contacted corporate and they were useless.. we're passing along to store to contact you, and of course no contact. Then my table they delivered I went to put together and this is a expensive heavy table and imagine that, it's damaged in Numerous areas. Black fingerprint smudge marks, mold spots that I tried to wipe off with bleach and to no help and the corner of table top smashed. Makes me believe this was used.

Ok couch nice color but poorly made and very expensive 1699.99 plus 300 for delivery.

Online price was 400 dollars cheaper crazy how they are still in business the loveseat I wanted was 600 cheaper luckily I was able to cancel the rest of my order before the reamed me out completely.

I would give negative stars if I could. We have had our bed set for under a year and our bed frame broke on July 4th and we started the process to have it fixed. 1000 calls with customer care and the store manager Matthew .....absolutely nothing has been done to this day. My new mattress has been on the floor for 5 months .... Every time I speak to someone, the part to fix my bed as been delayed ... every. Single. Time..... My newest estimation was March 2022!!!!!!!!!! No discount or help has been offered.. no condolences or customer service has been given. NEVER NEVER buy from this location. It is a franchise and if something goes south with your purchase they will absolutely not help you even if you're still in warranty!!!!! Don't let the easy loan and pretty show room fool you. GO TO GALLERY FURNITURE AND PUT THIS LOCATION OUT OF BUSINESS! I can't do anything except go talk to the store manager everyday!!!! There is no one to call above the store manager and HE IS NOT HELPFUL.

Thank you Roy Miller for the help buying a new bed frame. This store is very nicely arranged. I love that you listened and helped me get what I wanted without trying to pressure me into buying more, which is often common. I'll be sure to ask for you next time I come to Ashley.

On month 2 waiting for Ashley Furniture to repair a 4 month old broken couch. Worst experience ever, they just have poor quality furniture.

Ugly furniture can be found here at the tent sale. Some of them are just minor cosmetic defect or…read moreloose piece from a set. But some are just FUBAR - require serious repair. Welcome to Bel Furniture Distribution Center's tent sale, all furniture have defect. These deeply discounted items could look good in the front. I found a couple of recliners at only $29 each but the back was OMG. It looked like a truck ran them over. Of course if you're a serious bargain hunter or do-it-yourselfer, this might be the place for you. Not sure of its operating hours, I'm sure they'll find someone to open for you. If I had a handyman workshop, I'll be here every weekend.

We ordered a mattress and box spring set from this company on January 14. Mattress was correct…read moresize but the box springs were not. We call them and never get a return call, emailed there customer service and no response. One lady from san antonio was trying to help and now she has gone radio silent. We finally found out after many calls that they did not even have the correct size in stock and were tired of having box springs in our living room. They picked them up and we are simply trying to get a refund but every call yields a different response. Most times they have no record ofnour previous calls, we leave messages and have yet to ever get a call back. Its one excuse after another. Do not buy from this company, they have no customer service at all. Once the sale is done you will be ignored if there are problems

So...this is my second time visiting Bel Furniture. Service is overall pretty good based on…read moreindividual personalities. Some are a bit pushy or imply some comments that could be left unsaid. Then others disappear and you have to hunt down someone for help. I think the value of the furniture is average. I believe their products to be pretty good quality. However, my biggest complaint is the lack of individual products. Most furniture like sofa or sectional, dining room pieces, etc are only sold in sets as whole room packages. I've seen several pieces I'd like, but don't need all the other pieces. I believe them to be good for those that are buying whole rooms of furniture, or for those looking for accessories such as lamps, pictures, or table decor. On this trip I bought two lamps. Since the customer has to sign all these papers to purchase a floor model items apparently, I wanted to make sure everything worked, because cash and carry can't be returned. This seemed to annoy them, because lightbulbs had to be located. We were Finally able to test everything, and asked if the lightbulbs could come with the lamps. On the floor it's sure, after purchase it's, no we can't do that. I'd rather show my customer some appreciation with maybe $5 worth of bulbs (probably not even this much), after a $200+ purchase. It's simply the principle of the matter. Lastly, I don't understand if the sales staff can ring up your purchase on the floor, why the purchase can't be completed via their tablets or other point of sale device. To complete a purchase, customers must go to the back of the store to pay for their items. At minimum it would be nice to have a check out station in front of or midway. For those patrons mobility impaired this is extremely inconvenient. I definitely feel some process improvements are in order. So...they are okay for cash and carry, if you don't have a mobility issue. ‍

Do not purchase from this store. I told the sales rep exactly what I wanted and she ordered the…read morewrong size bed. The store wanted me to take the bed back to the store and charge me a delivery fee to bring me the one I wanted. They said that's what I signed for but they make you sign on an electronic pad. And then they email you all the documentation so I didn't realize u till it was too late. I will be canceling and returning my whole order. I should have looked at the reviews before showing up to this store.
