While doing some work on the lighting, I dropped some tools and cracked the frosted glass countertop on the vanity. I was super worried since that vanity was installed by the previous owner, and I had no idea where it was from or how we would fix the top without having to buy an entire new vanity. After some investigating, we figured out that it was a vanity from The Tub Connection. I decided to take a chance and email them to see if they'd be willing to let me purchase just the countertop alone that normally came with this vanity. I explained how I broke the old one and how I wasn't the original purchaser of their product and don't have a warranty on it. Levi was more than happy to help me out. He asked me to describe the type of vanity I had, and was able to figure out which model it was and let me place an order for the just the countertop part number instead of having to get a whole new vanity. I've never heard of a company doing this, and I'm beyond grateful to him and the team at The Tub Connection for getting the part order placed and shipped out to us in a matter of days! (From MO all the way down to FL no less) The new top is now installed, and our renovation is complete. (We ordered a white top to replace the frosted green one) The new bathroom looks amazing with the white countertop now, and it couldn't have been done without Levi's help. We want to renovate our master bathroom next, and we are excited to use more of The Tub Connection's products for that too. On March 23, 2023 I made a $5000 furniture purchase from Missouri Furniture in Kirksville MO…read more Biggest mistake I've made in years as the salesman and store manager lied regarding the price match with Ashley's online pricing. I discovered this mistake shortly after the furniture was delivered. I immediately went to the store and brought this oversite to the attention of the store manager. The store manager wouldn't even look at the prevailing prices and just told me they use the prices in the Missouri Furniture's computer. The district manager contacted me via Email a few days later. He sidestepped the matter and offered to make things right by giving me the mirror for my dresser which I actually had paid more for just the dresser without the mirror. I then contacted the Missouri Furniture corporate office and was told by a customer service manager that she would look into the matter and get back with me. I never heard back from this person and in spite of additional calls the matter is still unresolved. And an actual quote taken from an email from the district manager, "We do absolutely price match Ashley's on-line pricing". My advice would be to purchase furniture from any company OTHER THAN Missouri Furniture and to do your research on merchants via online reviews like this one and the Better Business Bureau. If I had done so I wouldn't of had the issues I'm having now with Missouri Furniture!

We went 3 times-bought 1st time the bargain basement pricing on 1 item, 2nd time gift for xmas and 3rd time did not buy anything. I will say if you want one pot or pan and not an entire set then you can get that there. I rarely see anyone in the parking lot. The other thing was the 3rd time we went there was 1 checkout person, and 5 other people standing around talking up by the checkout we could not figure out why there was a line to checkout and 1 checkout person and 5 people standing around that worked there-not sure-we needed all of them checking people out or being trained, anyway does not matter, do not plan to go back. There was so much hype they were bargain basement pricing, I did not find that to be true. We were not looking for any 1 specific item, but we did a lot of price checking and they just did not live up to the hype I was sold.

Be sure to travel up to the very top floor bc there is some older furniture like smaller desk pieces and chairs that are nice for first apts. and just little nick nac tables and chairs. Glad we have locally, tons of women and females clothes that look totally brand new.
