Finally got the correct piece of furniture today. I will say it's beautiful and a nice solid sturdy bedroom set. They need to do better on their customer service but I do like the furniture and these last 2-3 days customer service has communicated effectively and apologetically and I'm a relatively satisfied customer. read more

Loved the furniture I bought here in 2018. Good service at the time and I bought the extended warranty. You must get specifics if you buy the warranty. Dealing with the company 3 years later, after making one claim earlier, and wanting to make another claim now, has been totally disappointing. Service reps do not help the customer fully understand the warranty policy. All I can say is be careful and know exactly what their policies are. They do not cover furniture in a rental home and if you file a claim with similar damage at a later time, they will not replace the item. They should be more responsible to the customer. They did not honor my warranty. Total disappointment & irriatation. read more

Has taken me 3 times to try and change the phone number they have on file to even set up my delivery. I don't have my items I've ordered yet but already feel frustrated with service. Bought a master bedroom set from this store and the headboard and footboard did not match when they assembled it at my home. There is a 4" different so it looks like the bed is slanted on a hill. We have had 5 different occasions they sent out technicians and 3 deliveries of the same bed sent to my home and all were having the same problems. This has been going on since May 2023 and still have not been fixed. Lost a lot of time from work for this and was not offered any compensation. I would not recommend buying from Ashley's. read more

I was shocked. I received their invitation to a private sale that was to occur from September 16 -17. sounded good as I am in the market for a new mattress and I wanted to buy the adjustable frame as well. Apparently, the workers who were at the store tonight, September 16, 2022, did not want to make a sale, or work at all. Upon entering the store, I was informed that " we do not have many mattresses" and if you do want one you have to buy a regular foundation IF you want, to buy the adjustable frame on sale. now I know the world has changed, but how stupid do you have to be to buy something you don't want or need in order to buy what you do want? what am I supposed to do with a foundation I can't use and why do I have to buy it? what is wrong with this store or was it that these people just did not want to work tonight? what a shameful experience, I do not know who employed these girls, but it sure was a bad hire on the managers part. I would recommend you not wast your time at this store, there are plenty of other stores that sell the exact same products, hopefully with better sales personal. read more

HUGE thank you to Teara (spelling? Tierra) for her help on purchasing this queen sized sofa bed! I called to check stock on sofa beds and she was kind enough to walk the floor and tell me the names of what she had in stock so I could search for them and see photos online. If you're not familiar with this specific store, it's one of the only Ashley Furniture outlets in the TB area and you can buy most of the furniture off the floor. We were lucky enough to find one of these sofa beds brand new and still wrapped up in their on site warehouse. We purchased it, transported it ourselves, and had it in our home the same day-- much quicker than I ever could have imagined given order/delivery times for most furniture stores are currently 2-3 months! I will never purchase another product from these people again, stay away. I ordered a recliner and when it was delivered it would not recline, I call the Ashley Furniture Customer Careless line and reported it being bad within15 minutes of delivery. Two days later they sent out a technician that looked like a hobo and smelled even worse. After looking at the chair he told me the entire mechanism needed to be replaced and he told me it would take about three weeks to get the mechanism and then they'd call me to schedule the repair. I told him I purchased a new chair, not a retired chair and I wanted it replaced. He told me they wouldn't do that. The next day I went to the store and spoke directly to the store Manager and explained I wanted a new chair and the Manager agreed. Now today five days later I get a call from Ashley Furniture saying they have ordered the mechanism and will call me when it is in so they can replace it, again I told them I want a new chair. This is ridiculous. STAY AWAY FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE!!! read more

Don't ever shop here. I ordered an entire living room in August after they rescheduled 3 times I got all of it but 1 piece in October, the little side table didn't get here till November. The tv table was poorly put together and I had to call a tech out to try to fix it but couldn't order a new door still didn't work so they put in for a replacement I am still waiting on that replacement and have been rescheduled 3 times and you can never talk to anyone. My experience for buying my furniture was fantastic. The downfall came when having to deal with Ashley furniture 800 number. They down right suck! I wish I could provide them with 0 stars. Honestly I have never had a bad experience with buying any furniture. The third party the sent wasn't prepared for the COVID 19. I mean no masks or anything. Then they stated I didn't have the legs for my bed in packing which the other representative found the following day when I had to bitch them out. Following this, they somehow scratched my dresser with attached mirror and the second rep had to take photos and advised some would be out to me. They did not. And now, an indication that the best they can do is 2 weeks following now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Save yourself time and money as well as any frustration. I absolutely cannot stand that they did this. And to think I outright paid for my items to avoid any issues and the best they can do is blame me for not taking photos when they were already supplied by someone on their team! Pretty shitty customer service and I'll be glad when I can return my items for a full refund. Never should've bought this and just bought a similar set through American Signature Furniture. read more
