My wife and I were looking for a TV stand with an electric fire place for our basement. We shopped…read morearound Brandon and found one at this store. We were helped by salesperson (lady). I asked in how many boxes the item comes in and she told me in 2 boxes. I would have the fire place in one box and the other would be the TV stand. I ask if it comes assembled or in pieces and if the doors were glass or wood because the display had both on it. The answer was that I would have to put the fire place in the stand myself and that I could select and/or change the doors as I wish because both options were in the box. So minimum assembly. We agreed to purchased the item after our discussion with the salesperson. The following day I went to the store to complete the transaction and book delivery. We got delivery the same day. Once I received the delivery, I notice that it was only on box. I asked the delivery personnel if there was a second box and they said no. They put it where we needed it, I signed their paperwork and they left. Once I open the box, I notice that the TV stand was fully apart. We called the store to talk to the salesperson and the attitude of the lady was totally unacceptable. She told my wife and I that I no time did she say it would be assemble and that they don't assemble furniture for customers. I reminded her of our discussion the day prior that she said I had to put in the fire place and select the doors but that it would be minimum assembly. While discussing with my wife, the sales person was being rudes and cutting my wife off multiple times. She also admitted, while on the phone, that she didn't know in what state of assembly the item would come in. We try to discussed options with the salesperson to no avail. So we return the item. I do not recommend to do business with this store. We bought most of our furniture at this store and always had a good experience but now, after this, we won't be shopping there. I prefer to spend more money somewhere else instead of dealing with people that are being impolite, rude and liars. Hope you have a better experience.

Their prices and atmosphere was once inviting but feels very cold and unfriendly. I am saddened by the lack of love towards all people in the store. For those who suppose to represent the love of Jesus, there is none. My daughter and I were looking around as one noally does in a thrift shop. We were looking at the earrings and I turn around and the security guard is standing there watching us and I felt like we were doing something wrong even though I am not a thief. I am not a Christian but I love Jesus and how he teaches of mercy and love. There is none there. It feels very religious like the colonizers who came to Canada with their religion to control others. Sadly I won't be shopping there anymore.
