We were not aware any upgrades by Bradley and were dissatisfied with where the fence line is on our new build. Also.... After our walkthrough some things have still not been addressed. We have a huge hole in our pantry (you can still see the blue tape from our walkthrough) with no vent, there is another hole in our hallway that has a vent, however there is no filter, there is a big dip in our front yard that has not been filled, and our neighbors irrigation is FLOODING our backyard (you can see our dead tree from it being overwatered). Our dogs are drinking the water and it has caused one to fall ill. We have called and texted Jason NUMEROUS times and he keeps saying "I'll check it out", but he never does. Beware of this company because after all is said and done, they are through with you. Highly disappointed and dissatisfied with their lack of communication and business.
