Once our sale documents were signed, Kerry and her clients began making ridiculous demands- in addition to paying rent, we would need to pay for her clients housing since they wouldn't have anywhere to live. There were other ridiculous demands made as well, which ultimately cornered us until I no longer wanted to deal with her or her clients.
