I was recommended to see Fiona by my boss who has been treated by her for over 20 years, so i booked my appointment. I started to notice a difference after the very first visit. My headaches slowly subsided and now, instead of having a headache in day or two, i have one in a month or two, which is incredible achievement. It has been over 5 years that I have been treated by Fiona, go there regularly as it helps to maintain my headaches at bay, I have a better posture and dealt with long term knee pain thanks to the excercises I have been given. Anytime a problem pops up, i make sure I discuss it with Fiona to see if there is anything that can be done through stretching and excersising. Fiona is not only amazing osteopath but she is a wonderful human being, very empathetic and keen to help in any way she can. The sessions are a therapy for body and soul and I am looking forward to each of them.

Asked for antibiotics following procedure but they advised that they don't tend to give antibiotics unless closer to the hairline and told me infections are extremely rare. Ended up developing a serious head infection and now scar won't heal properly as stitches had to be opened up too early (by a far superior plastic surgeon, Nick Parkhouse, in Central London) to release all the poisonous pus. Trauma exacerbated by both Shweta and Sarah lying to my face that they offered me antibiotics but I refused them! According to them, they advised me to take antibiotics to prevent infection and to promote healing. I rejected their advice as according to them, I had only recently taken antibiotics! Completely made up - a total lie! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - clearly they don't have any ethics and too busy covering their own backs than speaking the truth. And more importantly, thinking about themselves rather than looking after their patient. No compensation or apology forthcoming. I would add that the Medical Director, Dr Howard Stevens, clearly doesn't have any integrity either as he doesn't seem to care that both his plastic surgeon, Dr Shweta Aggarwal and his assistant nurse, Sarah Manners, are liars. (Pls note I live near Barnet - not sure why Yelp is showing San Francisco!)

I emailed photos through to confirm the person I was making the appointment with would be able to assist (as I didn't want to go all the way down there only to be told to come back). It literally took about 45 mins of phone calls all up to get the appointment made and confirmed it was with the correct person. Night before I get a call to say that the person they have booked me in for can't do the procedure.... Appalling customer service and I figure if they can't take booking properly....
