I had my house built by this company and it is a beautiful house, but there are a few things. One they were late on completing it. Second the wood work and drywall was put up shitty. All the appliances are cheap I'm dealing with my basement flooding due to the peace of shit sump pump they installed. You have to request a refrigerator it does not come standard with the house. The builders they highly drink and smoke on the property well the build. Who does not love a drunk worker building your forever home. Also well they were building they allowed the basement to flood and let the water sit for 2 weeks. Thus causing mold and other problems down the road that I have yet to experience. The water got into the cold air return of my furnace they did not clean it out. Rocks and other Foreign objects got drained into the sump pump. I requested that they clean it out because I knew it would cause the cheap ass sump pump to burn up faster leading to the issues I am having now. If you haven't figured out yet they did not clean out the pump the just put a cover on it and taped it up. When my basement flooded for the first time it was due to high water table a rainstorm with no power to the house and a hole in the foundation. There way of fixing the hole was shoving some spray foam in there and covering it up with insulation.

Once we found our dream property in Delaware it was time to find our dream builder to build our…read moredream home. We interviewed several builders before landing on C&M's doorstep, literally. We didn't have an appointment but were greeted warmly and immediately accommodated. The fact that we were dealing directly with the home designer, sans a middleman, and one of the partners greatly influenced our decision. To see our ideas being brought to fruition; guided by their expertise in design & construction further convinced us we found the perfect builder. They offered a higher standard while staying within our requested budget. Once under contract, they handled everything. They let us know what stages were being executed and when our input was needed. Choosing options (exterior/interior colors, fixtures etc.) wasn't overwhelming because they guided us through the process. Their patience and expertise kept us on track. We marveled at the Amish worker's precise craftsmanship and skill, and were greatly impressed on how the Project Supervisor orchestrated all of the different companies & workers. The Home was delivered to us in a timely fashion, despite the current global situation. We were promised the "wow" factor and they delivered. Thank you C&M custom homes for building this solid and magnificent home for us.

At one year…read morethere is suppose to be a walk through and someone is suppose to fix nail pops, cracks, etc. We can't seem to get a walk through. Forget about repairs. Our staircase is falling apart. Two saddles are loose, and two landings are separating from the support per the below pic. Our bedroom window has had a hole in it since from May, 2022 per pic. Our sliding glass door frame is still broken 1 year and 3 months later. There is an opening between floor and bathroom cabinets. Their employee asked us why the carpenters didn't put trim work here to cover the opening!! Their carpenters don't apparently know how to to bevel trim either. Cabinet door in kitchen keeps falling apart. We can't even get a whole mailbox replaced. STAY AWAY FROM ANYTHING THEY BUILD. THEY DON'T BACK UP THEIR WORK, CONTRACTS OR THEIR PROMISES. They charged us $7,132. for a 6' crawl space but didn't do it and won't give back our money. Building code requires 7' or standard crawl space. We got standard. Their sales person advised we weren't getting back our money. Isn't this fraud?? There isn't enough room to list all the things wrong with this house from Regal Builders in Nobel's Pond. YES you get a 2-10 Warranty on your house but it does zilch for you.

Closet doors remain in the garage, 3 good size holes remain in our ceilings with insulation constantly falling out of the attic, our bedroom window remains with a hole in it, screens remain missing and the Pella sliding door was so badly installed they can't put the screen on the door. Regal Builders blame the door on Pella. Pella did not install the door, nor did they break the window so they say Regal is liable. Buy nothing from this builder. We constantly asked for all the keys to our home. September we finally had a key for every door. Two out of 5 appliances they installed from Kieffer Appliances of Lansdale, PA do not work properly. Kieffer claims they owe us nothing they sold them to Regal and Regal Builders will do nothing. We have been fighting for a working stove since September! There are over 50 items on our punch list from no heat and air conditioning on the second floor to missing shower doors. Closings on the homes are forced. Once they get a certificate of occupancy and they set a closing date you either close or they charge you $250. a day until you do. How do they get these certificates with holes in the ceiling, no shower walls and doors, outlets covered with sheetrock is a very good question!!
