She was totally amazing. very thorough making sure she understood all of my medical needs before making suggestions. She is truly a professional, and I feel comfortable recommending her. I cannot comment on whether or not she is a good diagnostician, but I will say that I feel confident that any situations I have in the future she will handle with knowledge and compassion.

Before I became a member of Dr. Morris's practice, I was used to having an appointment but waiting at least 30-45 minutes to get in and then waiting another 15 minutes to a half hour in the exam room twiddling my thumbs before the doctor came in. Then I needed notes on what I wanted to ask questions about because as we all know if you get 10-15 minutes with your doctor you were lucky. Dr. Morris changed all of that. If you have an appointment @11am you see her @11am. I have had up to an hour and a half to discuss EVERYTHING concerning my health. Dr. Morris is a FANTASTIC listener and then she partners with you in constructing a road map for your health and wellbeing. This is truly preventive care. She cares not only about me but my family. My son was having severe pain around his lower abdomen. I called Dr. Morris and she said bring him in NOW even though he was not a member. She diagnosed him correctly and made my wife and I lifelong friends.

Rakeeda who is in charge of test results doesn't return or accept phone calls and important life support tests are not ordered, results are not available unless you physically go into the office and she lies about tests that she says are waiting for results when they were never ordered. Rude and incompetent a horrible combination. A test for my heart was never ordered until I came in and got the blood drawn again 2 weeks later. Now I can't get the results or a referral to a cardiologist or even make an appointment with the doctor because she blocked my phone from calling the office. Totally dangerous and unprofessional. Unfortunately, doctor Mishkin lets this behavior go unchecked and his patients are suffering. Imagine. A doctor's office blocking a sick patient's phone.

Not only were we in and out within about 30 minutes, the entire staff was absolutely WONDERFUL! Dr Paul Cumillo is the shining star, however. This incredible professional is truly an example and aspiration for the medical community. Filled with knowledge, wisdom, experience and a huge caring heart, I knew at that first visit we had found our new family doctor HOME. Dr Paul was so encouraging and kind to my teenager, gave us very helpful advice and really helped him at a level much deeper than a school check up. When my son got sick the following month, we both felt relieved that Dr Paul was right around the corner for another wonderful visit. Since then I moved my youngest from the overbooked pediatric office to this practice, and it's also where we turn to for our adult care. Dr Paul has become our beloved family doctor! He is sincerely the most caring and wonderful provider we have ever met! We're so grateful for the whole practice which is filled with very friendly and top notch staff from the moment you enter. I will never go back to the hassle of scheduling appointments with long waits now that my family has experienced the convenience of this fantastic walk in facility and FAR SUPERIOR medical care and front office service! Did I mention they also have an in-house pharmacy? Honestly, Dr Paul is so wonderful that we would follow him wherever he is, but thankfully he's already in a fabulous practice that is beautifully run and highly recommended by every member of my family! Thank you, Dr Paul and your terrific staff, for making our lives healthier and happier! We appreciate you!

She told me to call the office once I completed the labs, as the results might not show up quickly on their end and follow-up was important. Today, I called just to inform them that I had completed the labs--and was hung up on twice by the receptionist. I wasn't even allowed to explain why I was calling, she talk over me all the time. When I politely asked for her name so I could escalate the issue, she said, "You will never get my name from me," and hung up again. This is incredibly unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Patients should never be treated with this level of disrespect--especially when dealing with serious health concerns. I hope the management takes this seriously because the medical staff deserves better representation at the front desk.
