Horrible products. Not the Ash Grove of my dad's day. I gained a lot of experience working with my Dad, who has well over 50 years of concrete experience & I can tell you they have no quality control whatsoever & even less accountability. THEY ACTUALLY SUBCONTRACT QUALITY CONTROL OUT TO A STAFFING AGENCY! What does that tell you?
- You can count on products not solidifying or curing correctly & removal is going to be VERY expensive. Compression strengths fail, adhesion fails, no durability and a complete lack of accountability. This crap will wreck your project & construction in record time. Don't learn the hard way. Ash grove / materials packaging will set your project back by months- AFTER you discover how bad the products are. Explain that to your pissed off customer.
Even the president himself ((Stephen Boyland)) is a liar & dishonest con; and when it starts at the top, it goes all the way to the bottom. The Fremont plant is incompetent at the top & that really affects their products & employee performance.
This is in large part due to mismanagement by an old uneducated 'left over' (Bob Iossi) who keeps his job due to cronyism (Boyland is his buttPal). Even the good employees there can't make the product to specs because of Boyland & Bill Iossi's 'mUCKagement'.
Through Bob's absent minded, senile 'management' and his illiterate staff of high school drop outs (Like Christina Merchlewitz- glorified sUcretary, who can't even type a sentence with less than 3 spelling & 5 grammatical errors); screwing up orders and wreaking havoc on an employee base that outclasses them- this place is failing in every way. If you are a current customer and have received any written communication from them- you will know what I mean as you TRY to read it. They should be embarrassed, but I don't think they are even that smart. A very "Canned & Stale" environment and the products reflect that.
The smart employees can't fix things because the inbred ones have Boyland's help in circumventing improvements. ("boy"land....just think about that name and what it probably indicates.....hmm..) Materials Packaging & Ash Grove's products are doomed to fail-Ash Grove, the parent company will eventually follow Materials Packaging, down the tubes. read more
