Have had Statefarm insurance for…read more2+ years and for the first time, filed a claim because there was a damage to the property due to the water leakage. I ahd a pretty decent coverage but they came up with a random BS reasoning to deny the claim. The claim department is sooooo unresponsive.. The sales agent I had a good connection with is unreachable, and the new person, although amicable, says his hands are tied. It's so basic that the damages will be reported by a person only once it is visible through a naked eye. The customer is not expected a go into the walls of the house and detect leakage at the time they happened.. But they are having a hard time understanding this. Overall bad company, if looking for a better experience guys, go elsewhere.

I called and wanted my refund, they said it could take up to 1-4 I told them that is unexptable. Bruce offer me a $25.00 gift card and I told him what about my $65.00 refund ? I would prefer my refund. They are quick to charge but take up to 2 weeks of refund, no fare then he sId well what about I give you a $50.00 gift card ? I said ok but hope underwriting takes care of the issue and credit. Looked at my Statefarm app and again they are trying to charge me the full amount. Calledthe officeeft Clarie a message to have Sofia a message that I need her to return my call but she did not. Went to the office 1 1/2 hour later and underwriting have not made changes yet, Sofia said it could take up to 6 weeks for changes. Told her I was not paying till changes are done, and make sure there was no automatic payment to my account. These people are so unprofessional and don't like to return calls. Very disappointed.

5-Star Review for Rocco English Insurance…read more I want to give a huge shoutout to Awilda from Rocco English Insurance for being absolutely amazing! I spent an entire day -- over eight hours -- trying to figure out what to do about my home insurance situation. When I finally got on the phone with Awilda, she walked me through every single step, patiently and kindly. Even though it took a long time, she never rushed me once. She answered every question I had and made sure I understood everything clearly. The best part was that she even communicated directly with the insurance company on my behalf, so I didn't have to sit on hold forever like I had been doing with other places. Her communication was outstanding from start to finish -- she always got back to me quickly and kept me updated the entire way through. Honestly, out of all the parts of my home renovation process, Awilda was by far the best part. She made something stressful feel manageable, and I can't thank her enough for her patience and professionalism. Whoever she works with at Statefarm should know they are incredibly lucky to have her. I joined Rocco English Insurance because my wife did a few years back, and I never would have expected the level of care and support we received. Awilda went above and beyond for us, and I'm truly grateful for her help. She deserves all the recognition for how well she treats her clients!

I have been a customer of State Farm for 14 years. Having renters and 2 cars insured with them. I…read morerecently opened my statement and saw a $54 monthly increase to one of my cars, over $600 a year more. When I called Rocco English, they checked with the home office. I learned the did a credit pull (which my credit score is very good) but had a bankruptcy in 2009. I was told my credit, the drive app and my vehicle (which is a 16 pick up) had increased repair cost. What a load of crap. How coincidental that during a national crisis they decide to do a random credit pull (last was 2008). Rocco English did nothing to help. They are only a store front to State Farm. Went with Farmers, saved over $700 for same coverage!!!

Tyler form the Home owner insurance call center was rude and condescending, I have a new policy…read moreand I'm going to cancel after that phone call. Just like car salesman, willing to tell you want you want to hear when signing up but buyers remorse sets in when you try and get someone on the phone for help after the sale. If you have other options I would check them first before giving this little lizard any money. Costly mistake on my part, now I will go back to a broker. At least you have someone to go to bat for you when problems arise.

If could give no stars I would but Yelp won't let me Just moved from NJ to Florida been a long time customer in NJ No Accidents, No DUI's No points No claims !!! Very Clean Driving Record!!! So in NJ was paying $243.00 a month Came to Florida called Geico had just paid on 2/18/21 $ 436.02 that was due on 3/1/21 to get the bill out of the way So while on the phone with the agent said, just moved to Florida have an appointment for new plates registration and license on 2/22/21. So going to need new insurance cards to reflect the Florida address And what's the new price I am quoted $928.00 per month I'm like are you kidding? NJ is the highest in the country for Auto Insurance and I have a clean license and no accidents So called State Farm got a quote for $220.00 a month Took it!!! And it's for better coverage So call Geico told have to cancel bc of the outrageous price So the Agent Mike says that's doesn't sound right He gets an Florida agent they do the numbers and they were correct so we canceled I asked about my refund I had some money due from February and being paid Geico early I have a good amount of refund so he calculated told me my refund would be $244.86 said that's all? Asked ok, when will I see that in my bank account he said 3/5 business days So I said by 2/26 would be the latest He says Yes!!! So this morning I called Geico being in day 4 of the 3/5 days to see about my refund I speak with someone named Shaniqua explained the situation She says oh your refund I see $1.16 has been processed should be receiving it in 10 business days I'm WHAT!!! No That is wrong the amount, the date Ask to speak to supervisor given ( Robyn ) I'm now told my refund is going to be $243.26 and I will Have the remaining bulk of it week of March 8. So I said wait why is this taking so long they gave me this big story about a mistake made that I'm going to get to $1.16 on March 1st and the balance Week of 3/8 I said why am I being penalized for your mistake well that's just the way it is and this is the customer service that Geico gives they very easily quick to take it out of my account but refunds are another story. I am so disheartened by Geico I never want to use them again truthfully I think the amounts that they're offering are off but I don't know I just can't deal with it I just want my money back I wanna go be with State FarmWho gave me this wonderful price and the heck with Geico I just want my money back I'm going to try back at 10:30 when the shifts of the supervisors change and I don't want Robyn back Because while I was on the phone with her not only was she rude but she acted like I was interrupting her instead of giving me quality customer service I mean I don't know what happened to them they used to be really good at least they were up north in NJ down here in Florida they suck
