I have lower back problems and pain that travels to my hips, to the point of waking me up each night where I can't go back to sleep. Every time I go see Joe, he gets all those muscles to release and gets me back into alignment so I can enjoy wonderful sleep again. Recently, I injured a muscle/tendon in my elbow from overextending stacking firewood. I was told by my doctor I needed a Cortisone shot, but I was reluctant to do that.
