I used this car rental company while I traveled to Prague, Czech Republic in Europe, next to Germany just in case you failed geography class. And in case you failed history, well, it used to be named "Czechoslovakia" during the take over of communism, but today it is free of all that bullshit. Anyways, I made a reservation and Kateřina got in contact with me. She was very nice and spoke English. The day of the reservation, the car was delivered to me at my girlfriend's place. The car was not new and it had quite a bit of kilometers on it, but it worked and ran fine. We took this car everywhere without any mechanical or any other issues. When the car return was due, they picked up the car. Overall, my experience with this business was a positive experience. I will rent from them again when I return to Prague.
