We called the body shop and were able to get in for an estimate within a half hour. Connor looked at fender cover, went and got a screw, and after manipulating the fender cover into position, put the screw in and we were good to go. Marc in the Service Dept said they will look at it ASAP, and if we need a Tow to call back. Limping along at 20 mph, hauling a 42' fifth wheel, no less, we made it. An hour before they closed. Once there, they took the Dodge 3500 in to inspect. Sure enough hub, break pads and rotors shot. Marc said parts will be in at 0730 next morning and will be done by Noon. He gave us a loaner car and directed us to the neighboring motels and food. The truck was done and waiting at 11:18. These people couldn't have been more helpful to "out-of-towners". This is not the first time that I've had issues with these people they've done the same and not had my oil filter when I've come over to change the oil before.
