She is nice and when ever I have anything always available and she has also referred me to other specilist if I needed them. I suffer from Migraines so she also recommended to try Acipuncture with Dr. Naterop-Perroud. Since this treament is covered by my insrance i decided to give it a try and after 9 session I'm very happy with it. It does help me relax and also helps my stiff neck and my headaches. Putting the needless on is not the best of feelings, but after you have 20 mins if relaxing before they are taken out. I normally have a power nap during the session, so really relaxing i must say. Pitty that i can only have 12 seasion a year, but is better then nothing. I don't know if the doctors here speak english, since I speak german, but since there are so many doctors, I do think you can find one that does. I give this centre 4 points, just because they are sometimes delayed (Dr. Naterop that is) and I just don't like waiting for an appointment, specially here in Switzerland where everything is so punctual ;)

While they are certainly good for emergencies, they also the best possible option for non-emergency stuff, and they are in fact our pediatrician of choice. Let me list why: - evidence based, professional, scientifically sound medicine. These people are internationally trained, updated in their education, and they know what they do - no homeopatic / anti-vaccination nonsense (not so easy in Switzerland) - they listen a lot to parents, and they record everything is said and discussed. Even if you may see a different doctor if you don't have an appointment, they know all about you. - doctors speak multiple languages, interact with kids, gain their trust - staff is extremely kind and attentive - they are always available on a short notice, although in that case you might have to wait a bit. I cannot recommend them more. They successfully helped us to go though little emergencies, some (now resolved) medical conditions, periodic checkups, development monitoring, seasonal stuff, and more.

The WC is tricked out with a 'self-sanitizing' toilet that may be triggered into action BEFORE one is actually done with the sample collection. Beware! Oh, and there are no ridiculous paper smocks or wraps to be worn. It's a birthday suit replete with socks that will be your ensemble for the event. The office is a stone's throw from the Tram 11 Haltestelle and NOT to be confused with Forchstr. 2.
