Housing Officers definatley need more training in Mental Health. Stephen Charles is one of them . Completlely dis-regarded my complaint about an elderly chap that lives downstairs that is anti-social, assuming he's the vulnerable one at 80, and more focused on me a Schizophrenic whether i had anything "dodgy in the flat". What about me? Im Ruddy Vulnerable!!! The look in his eyes was a dead give away, that i had already been judged because of my condition, and "it was all in my head" or i was the aggresssor. Any further contact from Housing will be REFUSED without my Nurse present - cos frankly i dont trust anyone from that department. And nevermind the locality shown on this page. went to sort out council tax, not too helpful, made me feel like i was the one at fault and treated like a very bad person! in end it was councils fault and no apologies. had to use a while ago for benefits too and never want to have to deal with them again for that! so slow, never there to give right answers or support-you are treated like a number! read more
