The person/owner I talked to on the phone told me the price up front. They were able to arrive the same day and remove the items for the agreed upon price. Communication after my initial call was via texting, which was clear and to the point. Everything went without a hitch for a price I thought was very fair. I will definitely consider using them again in the future.

This company is a good value for the money. I had 8 GIF animated banners done for $425, and they…read morecompleted them in a fairly quick timeframe. The design quality was just OK, but about what I expected for the price paid. Communication with the owner/designer was a bit on the poor side, and I think this company could benefit from a number of procedural changes. I'd probably update heybannerbanner.com to something a bit more professional and user-friendly. Also, the payment process isn't good as they use PayPal instead of a credit card processor like Authorize.net. I recommend this company if you're on a budget and need your project done quickly.

I went to Murthy's about giving two of my machines a tune up, as well as getting a lesson on the…read morebasics of the one I bought from them many moons ago. I have to admit that I was BLOWN back when I got the bill for the tune-ups- $70 for the old one, and $80 for the "new" one, which to this day I have not used at all. I was not exactly charmed by the cost, to say the least. Murphy has all kinds of machines for sewing and embroidery. It's really fascinating to watch. As far as the "orientation" on my MACHINE goes, it hasn't happened yet (again). It is my opinion that it should be Murphy who contacts their customers and makes an appointment for this service, and not the other way around.

I didn't know that in the middle of the hook race of my Janome sewing machine was an oil wick. I…read morefailed to do my research online and look at videos. The manual made no mention of the wick and it looked like a clump of lint so I dug it out while cleaning the bobbin cage. After a few email messages and phone calls, I found out I should replace it and found this place online and they carry the wick for my machine. They were very responsive and answered my questions promptly. I ordered the wick online from them via PayPal and also bought another lint brush. Both were inexpensive and it was the postage, under $5 that cost the most. The package arrived in 3 business days. I clipped a piece of the wick, stuffed it into the middle opening, added a couple drops machine oil. Very pleased with their help and speedy service.
