The results were absolutely beautiful, with candid shots of kids and their buddies overflowing in the album. I dabble into some photography myself, and I noticed the photographer for that day had preferred lower F-stop settings that blurred the background, making every photo seem more personal. Every photo ended up being so colorful and full of life, and I don't think there was a single photo on their album that didn't have a smile on it. Granted, it wasn't exactly a common event like a debut, wedding reception, or party, but I really think that Shutterpanda did a great job of documenting our event and showcasing what our advocacy was through their photos.

I end UP extending My other suppliers to just entertain them.. after 1 1/2 hour- they came without saying to any of our coordinator.. yet they have the nerve to charge me still for shipping of My stuff despite of all My charges.. very unprofessional. UNRELIABLE We hired…read morethem to cover our June 9 wedding at the Marriott. They came in highly recommended by a friend. We won't regret the amount we paid for the output they'll produce, she said. *Sigh* On the day of the event the team arrived 3 HOURS late, without an apology. Since they were horribly late we had to rush everything. I wasn't able to do a proper robe shoot (we had ours custom made, *tears*), I didn't even got a chance to have a picture taken with my maid of honor or even my mother! Everyone was already dressed up and heading for the church when they arrived! We were also late for the reception to the point that some of the guests were already leaving. We had to make time and accommodate the video/photographers just so that they will have enough footage to show for the SDE. The growing up AVP was also showned late during the reception because the team "misplaced" it and had to "call in" for a copy. Though even with all the fiasco we still paid them in full which we are sincerely regretting since we didn't get the full service experience. Even after the wedding we were pretty chill about everything, I contacted their office and informed them of our experience. They apologized and said to make up for their "mistake" they will expedite our files and the final output. But, but, but to add insult to the injury, we were informed that our package doesn't include a full edited video coverage of the wedding (even though in the contract it states that there is a FULL video coverage from prep to reception). That if we want to get the raw video footages, we have to send them a 80 gig hard drive or if we want we can pay an addtional Php14,900 to have it edited (OMG, the gall!). After reminding them of the debacle that was my wedding, they said they'll edit the video for the whopping discounted price of Php8,800. Hallelujah! Not! *Sigh* We have never been more disappointed in a vendor, we entrusted them with this once in a lifetime event and hoped that they'll be professional enough and fulfill their end of the bargain. But look what it got us, nothing but a big ball of regret and heartache. Update: We ended up paying the 8,800Php for the full edited video only to be given a 20 minute long final product. 80 gigs worth of files and we ended up with a 20 minute long video. 20 minutes.
