My reservation ended up being canceled, which was non refundable and I was told to rebook online, which I did. I was double charged. She said the manager told her it had to be done this way. When I talked to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do about it. She wouldn't comp a room for next time or anything. I stay in Rugby every 4-8 weeks. The manager was very rude, no customer service. It also took at least 15 minutes to get any hot water and then it didn't even last 1 shower. None of us will stay here again. We will stay next door at the Cobblestone. I can't believe this place is still open. I bet it wouldn't be if it weren't for the bar and restaurant under different management.
